Advertisement of monster tacos. They don't have any!! Whoever did the ordering didn't do a very good job. Girls at checkout... window were very rude sarcastic and laughing.The poorest customer service I have seen in years. They should be fired!!! Read more

People used to make a lot of jokes about Jack in the box but it has some of the freshest food that you're ever going to get from... all the fast food my service there has been really good. And if you have coupons it saves you a bunch of money going there. Theyalso take the EBT card which saves a nice amount of money. I say go there Read more

Food is usually really made really well orders are made right. But this review goes to all Jack in the box locations how are you... going to have a 2 hour update from 3:30am to 5:30 to where no one can order at all. I'm an overnight worker and get off around 3so if I want something besides breakfast I have to wait 2 whole hours. I suggest you do something to fix this. Read more

Poor service! I didn?t even get to order because of the rude employee that said I don?t have time for you and said to leave... after he was using a lot of slang so we couldn?t understand him and he got mad and said leave when he was the one being rude! Wehad to another jack in the box. He really needs to be trained in customer services how to speak to people or have him in thekitchen if he doesn?t know how to speak with people probably. Never going here and telling everyone I know not to till thingschange! Read more

Yesterday night I waited 55 min I arrived at 10:25 and got home at 11:30 pm in the drive thru I ordered curly fries, 3 egg... rolls, and an ultimate bacon cheese burger on sourdough bread with white cheese only (because I'm allergic to yellow cheese)this is the burger they gave me. And they didn't give me a receipt I live across the street so I called their listed phonenumber 13 times someone would pick up and hang up the phone. So this afternoon I drove there with the burger in hand andrequested the burger I ordered in exchange...the child in the drive thru said they can't take back food unless its within 1 hourof the order and I would need the receipt. So needless to say I asked to speak to the manager. The little girl and the kidthat came on the speaker laughed and said sorry its Sunday and there is no manager...I asked the boy what the managers name wasall he would give me is a shift lead that he said would be coming in afer 4. I drove to Sonic and got a burger. And when 4 pmcame around I tried again calling to speak to someone and again just pick up and hang up. This is really poor service andManagement really should look into why employees would be working with no lead or assistant manager on duty to at least attemptto right a wrong! Read more
