Sadly the cashier was having a bad night which translated into not listening to what I was ordering. I ended up paying for a... combo I didn't want. We had gone through drive thru. Instead of going through the hassle of trying to fix it we just acceptedthe situation and headed home. The French fries were room temperature not hot. The girl flor in the drive through was quick and respectful. The lady doing the food was horrible. I ordered seven piece... jalapeño poppers and this is what she thought was acceptable. Horrible! Read more
If I can give NO starts I would! I've been trying to reach to someone on the phone since the morning and they have not answered... once. They over cooked my stuffed jalapeños and were completely dried out. This is not the first time it has happened either doI advise to just go to another location! UPDATE: I've taken the survey due to the response I got here, nothing was a address myproblem wasn't resolved. I got an automated email saying to rate them in how they took care of the situation. I got some buttery swiss and bacon burgers after shopping. I was the only one in line. I paid and was told to go on the side and... wait. After 10 minutes they gave them to me and I left. Shocked. The food is usually so good. Not these! The buns were dried outand the burgers were so dry and tasteless. They weren't even warm. Total waste of my money. Read more
Ordered the two for five Bacon special and two burritos. Was extremely dissatisfied with the bacon sandwiches. I get they are... discounted and suppose to be promotional but at this rate two sausage breakfast jacks would have been more filling. Theyliterally put one strip of bacon on my sandwich that was halved. Maybe the manager of this location just doesn’t care.but theQSC is not appreciated and they should find staff members with higher work ethics. Will never go to the jack again horrible.Corporate needs to consider who they are selling franchises too. Sorry jack I love you guys but man this store is horrible!!! Read more
Don't even waste your time going here. Most employees will give you attitude for no reason? I got the wrong order and gave it... back, and the employee snatched it from me and gave me an attitude as if it was my fault? I recommend going to a different Jackin the Box where you at least get some decency from the employees. Read more
