I tried to walk in Sunday October 23rd at 10:30 am but doors were locked, employees saw me but said nothing. I then proceeded to... drive thru with two cars infront of me. I waited for a long time then finally got to the speaker and waited again, then employeesays welcome to jack in the box then says there will be a 20 minute delay. I told him never mind. I am currently waiting and I've probably been here for over 35 minutes. It's insane how this people are so slow. This is... supposed to be a fast food restaurant. I don't know if it's that they don't have enough help or just that they are very slowthere is about 10 cars waiting in back of me and we have all been waiting for a long time. This is embarrassing. Came for a crispy club salad, got old soggy, browned lettuce and had to pull to the front for this disaster to wait.
Okay so I don?t know what?s the deal with this location. Every time I come specially after 10pm. They always have an excuse for... NOT taking orders. From ?we are closed? when I see them just sitting there, to ?our system is down?. Tonight (October 3rd,2022)I arrived at 10:30pm and they said they are ONLY taking door-dash and Uber eats orders. If it?s a 24hr location, they should beable to serve their customers 24hrs. Unless there is a sign that they are closed. But no sign.. I hope corporate sees thisreview. So it's Friday night and hours say open until 11pm, at 9:45 pm they had the doors locked and refused to even hear me out. Thank... God my friend happened to be in the parking lot so, I had my friend run me through the drive thru. Then my order came out to 31$they say there food stamp machine was down, kinda weird considering I bought something earlier today not even 5 hours ago and itwas working jus fine. My friend ended up paying cash for it, They didn't give me salad dressing with my salad nor silverwarenapkins etc. Also on my double Jack they lathered it in mustard, when mustard doesn't even come in it. I love my tacos they are so good and I like how they have flavors where you can put it in your drinks like Cherry Vanilla in... Pepper and I just like their soda machine too and hamburgers are really darn good and their ice coffee too Read more
Terrible food.. super disappointed... The wait was super long for being only the second person in line with no one else... around... Cold overcooked burnt curley fries and 8 cold stale disgusting tacos.. tacos literally had nothing in them...LITERALLY *****After so much frustration and a waste of money I ended up HAVING to laugh it off.. I posted a picture of sometacos jack in the box gave me compared to the wrapper it comes in.... BOTH PAPER THIN.... Where is the lettuce... Where is thecheese.... WHERE IS THE MEAT?!?! It was literally a joke.. my family looked at it and LAUGHED at Jack in the box and theemployees here..... ****** Use to come here because this location always had hot food. I have to applaud the team here they work very hard for the volume of customers they have BUT there is a fryer girl here tonight... talking horrible about the customers in drive through loud enough for me to hear her in the front waiting areas and she had herhair all over doing everything where. She does realize she works in the FOOD INDUSTRY right. Hispanic girl skinny darkskinned. Younger. Mngmt acted like he didn't know her name. Shame on them.
