They forget food in the bag alot, food is fresh though everytime, but another complaint is when you ask to get the food that... they forgot about, they look at you like you're lying. Also don't know if this just a problem with the stores phone but everynight it is disconnected and you can't call them about said missing food. So you have to wait in line again to tell them. The gentleman that works the window overnight does a great job and seems to care about doing a great job, I work overnight, so... my options are pretty limited but Im glad this location is always so quick, friendly, and accurate with the orders. Come hereall the time and have had zero issues with any part of the service. The gentleman overnight is a real asset to have, hopefullythey realize and recognize how good of a job he does compared to the regular service at many locations in town. Service was good in the drive thru. It looks like employees work together as a team. I loved how my tacos actually looked like... tacos ???? Food was prepared well and not messy at all. Only thing is that we decided to get off to eat in the lobby since itwas still before closing at 10pm, but when we got to the door, it was locked. They did a good job this time which amazed me. Usually the cashier looks like he/she doesn't want to be there and that shows... in their face and.attitude towards customers, but not this.time. The cashier was friendly, helpful, and took care in beingsure to read the order back slowly to be sure i ordered everything and.that he heard me correctly, i appreciated that. I wasthere for about 20 minutes, but they were busy from the drive thru, so i understood, and they kept telling me1 they're working on it. The worker that passed me my completed order made sure i had everything i was to have as well as any condiments i requested, all with a smile, keep this crew JIB and i will be back. Now the reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is due to atiming issue,i ordered a regular chocolate shake, well he made the shake right after ordering and gave it to me, remember iwaited about 20 minutes for my order, so.the shake melted, so let's make the shakes last so we have a fresh ice cream shakeinstead of milk with whip cream . Goldstar service from Desi. He?s the one that I had most the interaction with but I noticed that everyone that worked here are... super friendly and hard workers and the place was clean.
