I ordered buttery jack for my husband& son & they forgot the bacon that I paid extra for. The Buttery Jack's are tiny compared... to how they used to be. Practically the size of a McDonald's cheese burger. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Pita which I used tolove and it was so disgusting I couldn't even eat it. It was very dry and gross. Although they did say I could come in anothertime& they would replace it, it's still a bummer & inconvenient. I was really hungry & still am. Definitely not worthover$26.00 for 3 people. ???? I went in there to eat lunch and they refused to let me use the restroom before I purchased my food. If using your restroom is... such a big deal then I can also eat elsewhere. What you don?t realize is that if the customer tells you they?re going topurchase food but have to pee first and you refuse to allow them why would someone give you their business? I ordered the "cheesy bacon thing" because I wasn't sure of the actual name. Then the amount came up on the screen. Odd. But I... added that I wanted onion rings. No answer. Drove up to the window and a young man was there. "Did you get the onion rings?" No,but he added them and gave me the total. Never asked would I like anything else or "a drink with that?" So I took my order andon the way home, I ordered my drink and dessert from McDonald's. You totally lost money on that order dude. A little customerservice and gentle upselling goes a long way. In fairness, I never had a negative experience here before. But not in a hurry togo back. Truth is, they always burn the rings.Quick update: I did go back again. Can't resist Jack. So I ordered thru the app and clicked prepare my food. Went to the store to pick it up and the front door was locked with no... sign on the door nothing explaining what's going on so then my proceed to have to pick up my food in the Drive-Thru. Well I pullup to the drive-thru order board they say hello and I tell them I'm there to pick up my order they said okay pull forward so Ido so. I then had to wait 15 to 20 minutes behind a single car who I was watching intently to see what the holdup was and it isto find out that the clerk hand out one small bag not even the regular size order back a small bag. Now we pull forward to seethem chit chatting back and forth they go to hand out my order after 20 minutes of sitting on the counter so I asked him whattook so long for one car one little bag and why is the door locked after getting the manager and the manager sitting thereplaying please staring at me saying That they were understand why even open the doors and take orders through apps if you justgoing to screw people over making them wait for 20 minutes... When done there food was cold not even legal standards of warmmanager has very poor customer service skills look like a druggie shirt wasn't even buttoned all the way up is that a restaurantor a place for people to score drugs makes on stop and think. Amazing fast polite and accurate service!! Especially late hours which is a rarity. Definitely recommend great experience... beyond what ever expected anywhere else . Will drive a few miles further than closer jack just because of this experience.Started my day off great ???? ty Read more
