They don’t listen I asked for no ketchup and got ketchup and my tacos were hella burnt and didn’t receive my full orders
The customer service sucks. The people working that day seemed so n unhappy. My burger looked like it was put together from... discarded food gathered from the v trash. I would have also liked done fries with my salt. Tried to b soak to the Manager aboutit, but she didn't understand a word i said another employee had to come explain it to her. Read more

Waited 16 minutes standing in the store in front of the register but never had my order taken. 2 of the 5 visible staff members... made eye contact but didn't attempt to serve or mention my existence to the cashier in the back. Perhaps I made the mistake ofcoming while their only cashier was on break. I eventually walked out and no one noticed. I suppose they were merely living upto the previous reviews I see below. Drive through hours are as posted but dine in hours aren't. Was hungry and wanted a bite before the bus but they closed the... dining area. Their posted hours for dining are are 10 pm, i arrived at 8:20 pm. Must update hours asap. Turn off the dininglights too. Very annoying Read more
Update to my review. I was contacted by management. They apologized, sent me coupons (thank you! i love those), and said they... would investigate. I personally think they all know the store is closing every night, but they don't want to admit it. Justbecome a Burger King and be done. I have added new closed sign pics. I wonder if you can lose your franchise for this? Justcurious. Closed again!! Lmao how are your investigations going? Worst Jack in Box ever...I'm not even sure where tostart. First to the owner: Please don't say "I'm sorry we will investigate if you go to this link and communicate. " I alreadydid go to the link, so I would like to know how have the other investigations gone? Why does this Jack continue to closewhenever they feel like it? And ruin other people's days? Just pick some hours and staff the dang Jack.... or close it down. No one takes any pride in working there that I can see.
