Only received half the order today. The young lady didn't give me a receipt either. Everytime I go there my order is incorrect... or incomplete. Are they eating my other half on their break or something. So frustrating to go there. Read more
If I could five it a 0 stars I would. Every time I go I'm having issues they make you park on the side to wait for the food for... hours and when they finally show up with remainder of the food half of the food that was given at the window is cold by now andto top things off always missing something, what made me write the review today was the chicken from the salad was uncookeddisgusting. This jack location has gotten worse and worse. Tonight being the last time i go there, Tonight was the last straw. The food just... keeps getting horrible and its not getting any cheaper, the tacos are stale along with the lettuce in them. Lettuce looks likeits been sitting out for days. Every time i go, mostly at night, theres an older black lady, very rude i must add, who sticksher hand out the takeout window as you approach it to make you stop, in order to cheat the take out timer. Stop by to dine in today at 10:00pm On the door it has Dine in hour from 10:00am / 12:00am. The manager rude went up to the door... as the door was locked and ask us what we wanted. I stated it says dining hours from 10 AM to 12 o?clock midnight and she juststated that they were close because they were short on staff when all the employees were just standing around looking at us likewhat are they doing at the door.! I don't come here often but the experience was usually positive until this last time when i was turned away because they didn't... have enough staff working. Not something a customer wants to here when they need a lare night breakfast fix. I gave 3 starsbecause they have been good in the past. But this last time was disappointing. Read more
Bad drive thru service...they take an order and they leave the next car waiting, til they gave the order to the first one.... Someone has to do something..... Update...After we were waiting our turn ..so the lady didn't take the order right away, shetold us to wait ..and I told my husband " yeah so she will take your order after they gave their order to the car that was infront of us" I think someone heard me do they decided to take our order ...But!. When she told us to go to the window... Shemade a sign like stop ???? wait there don't come to the window .. she made us wait away from the window... Why was that? Place was actually clean, customers were pleasant, and food wash hot and fresh. A little sloppiness but nothing to rant over.
