Came to eat and I bought 2 tacos and fries.. when I was about to eat, tacos were so hard and not even fresh. I told the cashier... and he still tells me that he berly made them... This jack in the box is ghetto! They don?t have syrup for your pancakes and they give you ?hot sauce? in this mystery container,... on top that they put dirty bathroom paper towels as napkins. Read more
Former employee, I wouldn?t recommend eating at this specific location. You know those nuggets or mini tacos you guys love? When... they get put in the boxes sometimes one or two fall onto the floor (the same floor that is rarely mopped and has other food anddirt on it). Instead of cooking a few new ones, they pick it up off the floor & put it in the box. Some of you have been eatingdirty food. It?s a part of the reason why I left. Read more
Evidently, the owner has no problem paying their employees to sit up front texting on their phones. It's like this every night... at this location. Drive through is always blocked off and these guys as sitting up front getting paid to do nothing. Real finedisplay of management at this location. Read more
Absolutely terrible service! They didn't give me my chocolate overload cake. There was no cheese on my cheeseburger, and they... put a huge WEDGE of lettuce! When I went in to correct my order, I was given no apologies whatsoever. Read more
Update: still have not been able to eat here. They have trash cans in their drive thru. Management write the same responses on... everyone?s reviews and then does nothing. Always closed at night. I don't know why it's advertised as 24/7 when it's clearlynot. This is a chronic issue with this location and the franchise owner obviously doesn't care. Read more
