Just went to this location and the girl tells me that they are closed at 2:20pm! Because no one is there! Like why is she... there?? Recieved hard pancakes and hard patties for burgers. When called in to remake them, associate told me they would not because... they had no manager present. I was told I had to wait for store manager to come the next day. This associate refused to speak tome after I asked for their name. When I came back to the store another associate offered to remake everything. Thank you toAlma. Food was for my children after a long day of traveling. I was not going to serve them hard food. Want to let everyone know how rude the employees are in the Jack in the box drive through, they threw the food at use just... because we asked for extra ranch. We bought 3 chicken tender meals and the worker gave us only 2 ranches. And he got mad becausewe asked for more. Just because you hate ur job don't mean you have to take out on the customers. They gave me the hardest oldest nastiest tacos with wilted lettuce and a stale tortilla that I couldn't even bite through. Jack... in the box is usually one of my favorite joints to grab a quick taco cuz they're so different but this was ridiculous! I took itback inside and talk to the manager who is watching videos on his phone in the lobby and told him that this was not acceptableto make me another set of tacos that were somewhat fresh and he did oblige that I can give them but there was no apology givenwhich I feel was warranted. So I go to jack on central and when I got home my mom took a bite and noticed jack had given her moldy bread. It was only her... sandwich that had mold. I call, no one answers the phone so I decided to take the burger back and show them this isunacceptable. Very bad health violation. I got my refund and a different sandwich. But I?m posting this just to let everyoneknow to always check you?re food before eating it. Don?t want you to get sick. I like this location because they always give fresh food. This last time I got the chicken ranch sandwich unfortunately I... noticed there was an extra ingredient in my burger, a long hair!! I suggest wearing hairnets if that's not already part of theorpolicy. Read more

Worst place ever, messed my order all up gave to car in front of me. Employee they had working tried to start getting loud and... attitude, all while management watched.
