Went to this location to get some breakfast, chose to go through the drive through, mistakes were made. The woman at the drive... through got my order wrong, was very short, did not repeat the order back, apparently wasn't very good with the English languagebecause she only responded to me with "ok" with anything I said, and from what could gather she was in a managers uniform. Guysit's not hard to serve fast food, I did it for years. Put in more effort and care more about your customers and what you'redoing. Maybe try smiling? Being respectful? I work in service and I make sure to leave all my personal baggage at the doorbefore I clock in for the day. Yall need to do better. Read more
Asked for no taco sauce & no lettuce on my 4 tacos. The employee had to ask and was told they have no way of putting the lettuce... on the side because they don't have anything to put it in! ???? How about another taco wrap? Or a burger box??? I've orderedthis same thing hundreds of times at dozens of different Jack in the Box and never once been told they couldn't makeit! Confused and dumbfounded by the utter lack of independent thought and just complete disregard for human kindness. Read more
First of all I was told I couldn?t get any tacos that I pay for, also couldn?t sub them for something else or take the money... off. Then to make matters worst I ask for a receipt for my records and she tells me she doesn?t know how to do it. How can younot print a receipt. Should train your workers better and show them good customer service cause the way I was handled I neverwant to come back. To make matters worst I asked for corporate number so I can try to get my receipt and she proceeded to tellme she doesn?t know it. Someone needs some training !!!! I ordered a meal for my kid that is lactose and this place does not understand what a plain chicken sandwich is. Got home which... is not close to this establishment and my kids meal has cheese. Apparently they can?t read or know what toppings go on whatsandwich. This is the last time I will order food from this place. I even had to wait in a parking spot for my order to be made.This place doesn?t even deserve 1 star but it won?t let me leave no stars. Horrible place. The manager on duty her name was Janet. They asked me for my order 3 times all different people then the manager came into the... speaker and started laughing saying we only got two tacos haha. Only small orders and then repeated to ask me for my order. Shewas disrespectful and rude. Then gave me a false name and managers number. Tough to beat chicken tenders with good ranch and easy to miss menu item specials rotated regularly. I love their bacon cheddar... curly fries. Read more
