Jack is jack let's be honest. This one is pretty cool tho. Don't go around 8 or 9 because for some reason "they just ran out of... milkshakes". Other than that I've never had a problem with the food and the workers and usually chill I've just had 1 bad workerthrough drive through before. Read more
I'm pregnant and have cravings. Went to get breakfast and lunch . Ordered a breakfast sandwich and received fries with it. Then... they gave me the wrong order and no receipt. Do not order the loaded mini tacos from here. It looks like slop. The mini tacos are soaked n buried in whatever sauce the use.... I was never given a receipt so I can't return it. I wanted my money back bc this is gross. No standards at all. I'm starting toboycott this jack in a box station. Poor management. They say fresh but it was cold in the middle. It?s not appropriate or professional for the employees to cuss. There?s a Hispanic girl, strong accent working tonight at the... drive through window. As soon as I pulled up to the window to pay she was speaking in Spanish with another employee with suchfowl language. You are at work, not at home. ** went tonight through drive through ( June 24th) paid $17 for a number 5 & 2jack tacos. Way over priced. The burger tasted old and burnt, and hardly any lettuce. I have ordered number 5 before and ittasted great. But after gettin off work late, paying $17 for what I got it?s just not worth it. Wont be going to jack anymore.It?s not the only time I?ve had issues at this location with the night crew.
