I just came to the drive thru. The employees tells me he?s only taking mobile orders , and if that?s okay. I just came from the... hospital course is not okay! My son is sick really wanted get something. We left lost our service don?t plant to come hereagain. Why have a drive thru 24 hrs if you can take regular orders. Read more
There were 3 employees working and they werent that busy. They had the front doors locked at 7:00 pm. It was chaos for no reason... they were rude and could not handle a simple dinner rush. I was a TL at jack on the box for 3 years and i know theirexpectations that was not even close to what a restraunt should look like. I will not return to this location again. Read more
Cockroaches crawling into the store. I even got sick an hour after i ate.
My order was Not right two times going through drive up. Asked for no salt on fries , asked for double Jr. Cheese burger and got... a Cold ham and cheese breakfast Jack and egg not at all what I ordered. Plus was not giving up choice of wanting a receipt. Great it is wasn't for the homeless picking dirty blocking the drive thru or the kids hanging out in the parking lot blocking... the road. I know its not Jack's fault but just a little info about the location of this one. Besides that it was fast and greatfood like always Read more
Ordered our food then went to sit down. There was not a single clean table in the dining area. Mind you we were the only... customers in the building. Then it took 20 minutes to get our food. Meanwhile the employees were in the back talking and havingfun. Not sure if we will ever go back. Read more
