I don?t have high expectations when going through a fast food drive thru and don?t leave reviews but after today it?s a must.... First off after I order I go to the window to pay. I give the worker my card, comes back and tells me he needs my PIN number. Itold him it?s a debit card with a Mastercard logo and it can be run as a credit. He tells me to hold on and gets his supervisor.They spend two minutes come back and tell me they can?t get it to work as a credit and that they need my PIN number. I tell themI?m not giving them my PIN number and what can we do? I ask them if I can come on to pay which they didn?t want to do by theirreaction but allowed. They inside was closed before 6 pm on a Saturday? Absolutely crazy. I go inside to pay grab my food and amon my way. I get home to find out they forgot a couple items. This hands down was the most suspect worst experience ever! At notime should anyone ask for your PIN number. Read more
I went late, like 2AM (Friday Morning). So, I wasn?t expecting much? however, the 2 guys on staff made the best fast food I have... ever had. Forget everything you know and think about Jack in the Box food. Taste, smell, texture, just all of it. I don?t whatthese two guys made, how they made it, or what shipments they are receiving from distributors. I bet I could have eaten the bagmy food came in and it would have been the best thing I ever ate. Not to mention it wasn?t like a long wait, so I don?t know howthey did what they did. I guess all that matters is that I have been thinking about going back just to see if it?s real? but Iwould be sad if it was anyone other than the two on staff. Read more
This location has bad service. Showed up 5 mins early since the door hours say the lobby opens at 5am. Well I guess the... employees get to decide cause they told me they aren't opening the lobby till 6am. Jack in the box ... This is not cool! A decent option for a late night crazing. They had us pull around to the front after paying for the food, even though no other... cars were behind us to make sure their time looked better. The sandwich did not have much sauce and was dry, and the tacos didnot have the seasoning spread evenly. Overall food quality was a miss, and lower than what I know this location can do. Read more
