I ordered on the mobile app last night, pulled into the drive thru @ 9:50pm and told them I was here and they said "We closed @... 10 sorry" and switched the lights off. App says my order was completed....i want my money back since I got no food. I tried tocall today to see about getting a refund and am met with a high pitched feedback and no one speaking. Read more
This is getting ridiculous. Several people have had this problem with the staff putting a chair in the drive through during... operating hours as well as locking the doors during operating hours and the employees still in the building....ignoring us. Read more
This place is convenient bc it's close to my house, but there is more employee turnover here than any other fast food place in... history. They get food orders correct here about 60% of the time. Would give no stars if I could. This location consistently closes early and doesn't post any updated hours. We have also tried... going to this location via drive thru only to find that the drive thru was blocked off with dinning chairs. I attempted to orderthrough Postmates, paid for the meal, only to be told by the driver that this restaurant was not open and would not receive ourorder. Incredibly disappointed. Read more
Worst jack in the box in the valley. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but it's clear this owner does nothing to solve the on... going issues. For one , I stop here in the morning between 5 and 6am to get breakfast and park my car listening to talk radiobefore I head to work down the road. For the last 3 months I've only been able to get food a few times, 90% of the time they saythey're closed either because their " systems are down" or they're "short staffed " .Also I sometimes use the restroom, however; depending on who's there working, they won't even let me use the bathroom. It's ridiculous. I'm done wasting my timewith this restaurant. **** Edit.. as you can see new hours have been posted. The gal at the drive-thru window was really funny and very sweet. I hardly had to wait at all. I ordered egg rolls & they were... excellent. Jack in the Box is expensive, so it's nice to have somebody to drive through window that makes it a good experience!Thank you Read more
