I ordered on the mobile app last night, pulled into the drive thru @ 9:50pm and told them I was here and they said "We closed @... 10 sorry" and switched the lights off. This is getting ridiculous. Several people have had this problem with the staff putting a chair in the drive through during... operating hours as well as locking the doors during operating hours and the employees still in the building....ignoring us. Read more
This place is convenient bc it's close to my house, but there is more employee turnover here than any other fast food place in... history. They get food orders correct here about 60% of the time.
