I?ve never had a bad experience from this business. So far it?s my favorite pizza and wings spot because they have incredible... flavor along with spices, their wings are always tender and crispy, and their service never disappoints anyone I?ve seen comein. As I review them in their establishment at this second I?m glad I could find a place where I can feel at home. Forget all the bad reviews this pizza place is the bomb to me! I don?t even like pizza, but the pizza from here I crave all the... time especially their ranch with wings! The place may need some touch ups, but it gives me that home type of feeling with theirlights that are dimmed, comfy seats & tv playing in the background. Also, their employees are always so chill, friendly & I?venever once felt discriminated like other places I?ve been to. I just love this place & would recommend it to anyone looking fora chill spot! Ordered carry out for my birthday dinner after a great recommendation from my brother. I really don't know what happened with... my order but it was absolutely terrible. The pizza was so cold and barely edible, the wings were so dry they were impossible tochew for most of the meat and the half of them that were supposed to be lemon pepper smelled and tasted like hay, and the friedzucchini was just soggy and burnt. I'd say the only positive was that their ranch was good and helped mask the taste of coldpizza. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I would really recommend that you stay away and not waste yourmoney. Almost $60 wasted. Read more

Love the pizza here at Il Primo, great prices for their sizes compared to other shops and also very delicious. I wish their... online order tool was available for their Bell & Cave Creek location, but as long as I can place an order by phone to pick up Ican live with the lack of an online order tool. The best pizza and wings in Phoenix, their dough is light and crispy on the crust, the wing sauce is zesty, spicy and I can't... get enough of it so I dip my crusts into it as well. They serve draft beer (Budweiser, Bud light, Coors light, and Tecate light)and they have an all around feel-good atmosphere while being really sports orientated with lots of TVs along the wall forevents. Pizza is delicious. One of the last remaining pizza shops in the area with quality and no ridiculous inflation. I could cry ????
