Slow Service... server was slow, has to ask multiple times for more water and silverware. One member of our group didn't get her... food until we were all done eating, took 45min for simple pancakes and eggs. Asked for meal that was super late to be comped andwas told she could only have a discount. Asked for a manager and one NEVER came out. When paid for the meal, the hostess was toobusy washing windows outside and our server who was flustered checked us out. Read more
Quick friendly service and a good basic breakfast menu with a variety of pancake and waffle offerings, including real fruit... toppings in season, so the delicious pancakes can include a little more valuable nutritive content. Great omelets! Read more

the person with the shaved hair and gauges is super nice but their coworkers don?t seem to help at all. we got cold food and got... our order wrong. wish someone would help them cause there doesn?t need to be 3 other people just walking in and out of thekitchen not even cooking/cleaning but helping their one server. Second time I ordered online from this location for pickup and showed up at the ready time only to find the order received but... never started. First time I waited an additional 30 minutes but eventually received my order only to go back because it wasincomplete. Second time, it was also not ready but told it would only be a few minutes more. Kept being told that over the next45 minutes and after pressing, was told they only had one cook and he was just starting the online order. I asked for a refundbut was told that wasn't easy with online orders. Wanted to talk to the manager but she was busy. Couldn't wait any longerbecause now was late for work. Will dispute charge with credit card company and never order from or go back to this locationagain. Read more
Worst experience we ever had. First, our food were cold. She apologized for long wait so we accepted that. Then we didn?t got... the food we ordered. She apologized again and said she will give us &3 discount which we never asked.. (I can pay full pricefor our food, We just want the food we ordered, which never corrected.)Then she walked away. We waited for long time again justto get our silverware.. cold food waiting. Pancake and waffle, still not served. After 30 minutes, we decided not to eat therest of the food and just leave. I asked for the waffle and pancakes to just make it to go. We paid the bills and still leaveher tip. I asked for the receipt and she pretend she didn?t hear me and walked away. I?ve asked the other waitress for receiptbut her response was I?m not your waitress and walked away! Wow! What an absolutely worst experience I?ve ever had in arestaurant. We went in for breakfast on a Thursday morning. It was fairly crowded. The service is good but slow. Our servers were extremely... polite and helpful. We ordered their iced cold brew, which was really good. It has vanilla syrup added to it so it has a sweeterflavor. They're happy to provide you more coffee should you prefer a stronger taste of the coffee itself. We also ordered theirspiced poblano, which has scrambled eggs, lots of cheese, hash browns, meat, avocado and jalapenos. We topped it up with somehot sauce and it tasted quite good. The portions are sizeable too. Next we ordered their Mexican tres leches pancakes, whichweren't the softest so we requested a different batch of the pancakes. They gave us fresh pancakes at no extra cost. We reallyappreciate their considerate service. They also give free refills of the cold brew. Overall, although we had to wait a bit forour food to arrive, we enjoyed our time at IHOP. Will visit again. 4 stars because we had higher expectations from the pancakes.But 5 stars for the polite servers. Read more
The place wreaked of sewage and when I asked about the smell she said it was coming from the back. Something about the dishes?... Why would the dishes smell like sewage? The service was painfully slow. Twice we had to get up and find someone to help us,after we had waited a long time. The restaurant was empty except for us and one other person yet all the servers were gone! Theywere also out of tomatoes, onions, Croutons, ranch dressing, and....they were also out of change so they couldn't give you exactchange when you paid. Horrible place!
