Save your time and money and avoid this spot. Waited quite a while to be seated then after being seated another 15 minutes to... even be acknowledged. We didnt get drinks till after our order was put in. Then I'm assuming it was a manager had to very loudlylet everyone(the staff) know that she made $200 this morning. Very tacky if I say so. I hope this means anything to management I am an Uber eats driver and the gentleman at night has the most disgusting... disrespectful behavior I've ever seen!!! smelled so bad inside, the bathroom smelled better lol not even trying to be rude. dirty bugs all over the floor and dirty... everything. food took almost an hour to get but my cousins and i entertained ourselves. got charged $4 for a sprite that wasactually soda water so i cleaned out silverware with it ???? waitress did not walk by our table or check up on us for over 40minutes and when she did it was to bring us the check. i work in a restaurant so this was very disappointing but that?s whatihop is all about ???? One of the best services I?ve had in awhile. We went in for dinner. Was not busy. The waitress Kimberly, was the most... professional and kindest. The staff is terrible, waited 5 minutes to be satat a table and I know that doesn't sound like a long time, but they were not... busy and 4 different employees seen us standing there and ignored us. Then after we finally sat down nobody came to take ourorder and just when we were gonna leave someone came over. We ordered to-go. The waitress asked if we wanted something to drinkwhile we waited and we each ordered a water, 15-20 minutes later we got our food and still nothing to drink!! She brought thedrinks to the front of the restaurant with our bill. When we went to pay the total came to $18.34, handed her a $20 bill and shehad the nerve to ask if we wanted our change back!???????????? And then there were different issues with the food, the pancakeswere not fresh and the cinnamon drizzle bites didn't have any drizzle on them and there wasn't any in the bag. The whole thingwas just a bad experience from the time I walked in the door. Excellent service right from the started. Got seated quickly our server was right there once we were sat. Took our order quickly... and the food was amazing. We never ran out of coffee either. When u get service like that it's the best experience! Read more
Walked in for breakfast with my husband & mom today (Saturday morning). The hostess was very nice & we were seated right away.... Savannah was our server & she was amazing. Super friendly & outgoing. We placed our orders & it did take a little bit of timesince it was starting to get busy but Savannah was on it & let us know how much longer on our order would take without usasking. We got our food, weren?t rushed & enjoyed our breakfast. It was the first time in a while we?ve had great service.Excellent food & service! Will come back again. Read more
