The most disgusting thing that I?ve seen When we got seated the silverware was dirty and I told the waiter and he brought us... plastic silverware. Then the waiter brought us our food and when I look down at my plate there was bugs on my plate and on thelettuce. I told the manager and she just said ?oh? and took the plate. It seems lime everytime we order online from this place. They seem to get something wrong. Order the new minions pancakes and... got this. Uhm. Where is the frosting? The sprinkles? All I got was bananas in pancakes. Then they forgot the gravy on a countryfried steak. Come on now do better. Disappointed. Read more
I would give 0 stars if i could! I don't know why I always find myself back at this place whether is with friends or not. Ihop... is alright in other locations but this one NEEDS TO CLOSE ASAP or NEEDS MAJOR HELP! This time was the last chance for me. Lasttime I went for crepes couldn't even eat them the cream was clumpy and tasted weird. This time we ordered through grub hub toeat at home and my strawberries and cream crepes have no cream or strawberries at all, they only gave me one sliced ham(lasttime at the restaurant we got deli sandwich ham instead of the thick one)which taste old af even has that expired aftertaste andmy husband's pancake strawberries look old and has no whip. Horrible service everytime(even when we are the only ones there)unless we go when a friend is our server. I can't believe this store hasn't closed yet! Read more
The food was bad. My broccoli was old and had black spots on it. When I asked the server, she said she didn't know if they were... supposed to be like that or not because she doesn't eat green stuff. I can tell you, no, they're not supposed to be like that.The salad they brought me had old lettuce leaves that were wilting as well. The coffee cup I got had floating white chunks init. My husband's steak tips were burnt and had an overly sweet glaze on it. The server we had was actually really good, eventhough she was really chatty. She's the reason I have this place a second star. To be fair, my standards for IHOP is really lowto begin with, but this place was totally dirty and unsanitary. I wouldn't go here again. Read more
I ordered the breakfast sampler. It had a hair on it (like someone?s mustache or beard hair ????) the hash browns tasted like... old oil, and the pancakes were very cold that the cold butter on top wouldn?t even spread. The server, Lydia, had an attitudewith us from the beginning, like if she was bothered by us ordering. When I told her about my food, she was pretty rude. I askedfor over medium eggs instead. 5 minutes later, I was given the same hair seasoned plate except now with gooey eggs and chewyundercooked bacon. Lydia tried to take my card and charge me without even bringing me my check. I had to ask for my card backand ask to see the check first. My husband tried to talk to her about how he switched the hash brown for fruit because the hashbrown tasted like old oil (we were being charged extra even though my husband sent the gross hash browns back) She interruptedmy husband and said ?She?s gonna come talk to you? and pointed at this lady which I believe was the manager? (didn?t have a nametag and was wearing a flannel with bleach stains on it). The manager which I believe her name was Alexis (got her name from theticket) tried to argue with my husband about the fruit. Before I knew our server?s name was Lydia, I asked her what her name is(she had no name tag on), and with a stink face, she told me it was Maria. I tried to talk to the manager, but couldn?t findher. So I asked two other servers that were around what her name was and they said it was Lydia. One of those servers aroundthat I talked to told me she was new and her name was Maria so it?s pretty messed up our server tried to use someone else?sname. IHOP needs to seriously train their servers on customer service and have everyone wear their name tags. By the way, Istill had to pay for the hair seasoned breakfast sampler. Seems like the cooks and servers here are very lazy. Go to CrackerBarrel instead. Their food is better quality and you get treated with respect. Read more
