Great burgers, fries, and milkshakes! The French fries were delicious, and definitely shareable between 2 people. My burger was... cooked perfectly with a toasted bun. The Nashville hot chicken had the perfect amount of spice. We got the ?hot?. The slaw onthe chicken sandwich was a great addition. The milkshakes are absolutely divine. Overrated, Pricey, Fast Food Burger Joint with questionable looking meat (enlarge the photo of the cut burger and look at the... meat ????)! I don?t understand why all the hype! I was excited to try the burgers here based on high recommendation fromsomeone I met at an excellent burger place! Wow! What a disappointment! You stand in front of Menu boards to order and then youget assigned a table number to sit? then they bring your fries (ordered separately) out way before the burger! I want my burgerand fries together not separately! They give the excuse that they think you might want something to snack on until your burgerarrives?FALSE! Next my burger was overcooked with a hard, dry, cold bun!! Hardly any sauce on burger?quite plain! TAKE 2, stillovercooked with a hard, cold, dry bun! ??seriously? And the manager hasn?t even come out to see me! So I asked the bartender(who was so awesome) Where?s the manager? He?s in the back (Hiding? my opinion)! Bartender goes to back and talks with him andfinally the manager comes out. Well he was trying to turn down the grill. And trying to get the team to go through the old,stale buns! Wow! This all should be done way before your 4:30/5pm dinner! The fact that they couldn?t get the burger tempcorrect twice and sent a stale, cold, hard bun out twice tells you ALL you need to know! Well after all this and a long talkwith the young manager, he finally offered to refund me the price of the burger! Thank you! But he should?ve refunded my friesas well! Hopdoddy has great burgers for a fair price. The shareable truffle fries are a generous serving that could probably be shared... by up to 3 people, and they are very tasty! The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. There is ample parking and easyto get around inside the restaurant. Visited PHX and was hungry checked around and found this place. Was impressed just by the outside appearance. Place was laid out... side ways as they have a corner spot. Has a full bar inside. Workers were helpful for being first time customers. Burgers wereworth the price. Ingredients were curated for each burger variety. Fry's are separate but big enough for 3-4 people to share sounless you scarf them down they do get cold and kinda hard fast. The potato's are different that they use has a different tastebut we're good. They do offer a burger of the month each month so you can always try something new. I had ordered the Buffalo Bill Bison burger...double the bison burger. It's very sloppy so I suggest if you cut it in half. Plus... I forgot to tell them no bacon I don't do pork. Apparently, this... joint was recently voted to have the best burgers in the States, and they are definitely doing a good job trying to hold thatreputation.
