We had a mix up with our Poatmates order and called to confirm some details. The manager (I believe Bogar is his name) was so... sweet and understanding, even though it was by no fault of their own. 10/10 would recommend for customer service alone. Read more
The only bummer about this place is that it?s so popular and busy at times the wait can be long. Other than that, it?s delicious... and the staff at this location is awesome! We catered from here for a work event and the staff was extra helpful getting foodloaded and even helped fix a mistake we made when ordering. Read more

Food tasted fine, I am having Hawaiian food for the first time, so not the best judge, without reference.. simple... straightforward cuisine going by what I got served here.. I ordered crispy shrimp and kalbi short ribs.. the shrimp was toooily.. hope I can go to real Hawaii soon and taste food there.. Read more

I usually love Hawaiian but this location varies from the other Ono Hawaiian BBQ locations. I bought a Katsu Chicken Plate. The... chicken was low quality and extremely chewy. I would say about 1/2 of the chicken was edible. Wouldn?t recommend this location. Read more
