Stopped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The food was beyond excellent. The large portions for the lunch combos, the... large size/quantity of shrimp in the fried rice, as well as the shrimp egg rolls were all of such good quality. First time here. Great food and large portions. We had the Pork Sun Devil, Sweet and Sour Shrimp, Szechuan Spicy Beef and... Chicken with Veggies. More than plenty for four of us. Very flavorful. The sun devil had jalapenos, but not so much that youcan't enjoy the flavor. The shrimp were big and not over cooked like a lot of places. The Szechuan beef was amazing, the saucewas perfect and the heat sneaks up on you but again, not so much that you can't enjoy it. The chicken and vegetables weredelicious, cooked to perfectly, the veggies had a snap to them so not over done like some restaurants. Don't miss your opportunity to enjoy authentic and freshly made Chinese cuisine! The lettuce wraps are delicious and plentiful.... The pork egg roll is the best I've ever had, you can taste the craftsmanship and care put into it! Every meal I've had there wasincredible and even reheated as leftovers perfectly. A rare quality! Stopped by for lunch special with my mom. Our food was very fresh, well portioned, and high quality. Reasonably priced too. I... will be back. The best Chinese in north Phoenix!! We had lemon chicken, sesame chicken, and general tso?s chicken (extra spicy). Chicken was... so tender and fresh, perfect amount of sauce to pour over rice, friendly welcoming staff and atmosphere! Read more
Visiting from out of town. Did the Google Search for nearest "Chinese Seafood" As I walked in, I see a sign stating, "under new... ownership." This concerned me. As we all know restaurants that had a great reviews... sold and gone down hill. This is *not*the case!! The food is delicious. The service was attentive. The Shrimp Eggrolls were delicious and I am wishing this wasn't a7+ hr drive to re-experience them. I ordered Yui-Shan Shrimp. Husband ordered Singapore Rice Noodles. 5/5 on both!! Started off by being impressed by the pot stickers which had great flavor and some delicious caramelization. Absolutely loved... the Hong Kong chow menu. Crunchy and light ( not over sauced) and shrimp were cooked perfectly! Beef chow fun was alsodelicious and this too was not overly sweet or saucy. I have been eating their food for over 10 years and this last one was a first. I knew the original owners so I always trusted... that whatever I ordered, it was going to taste the same and it did. Not so anymore and we will not be going back to thatrestaurant. Read more
