This was our first time at Fly Bye. The restaurant was clean and modern and the customer service was better than what we have... come to expect. We ordered a large pizza and a five piece chicken strip basket. They did make a mistake with our pizza and itdidn?t come out right, so they had to re-make it. I have to say, they were really exceptional at making things right and makingsure we were happy. The pizza was really good, but we really loved the chicken strips and the sauces(chipotle bbq, honey mustardand ranch). They were some of the best sauces either of us have ever had. It was okay. Rating the pizza and mozzarella sticks only, as I know for sure I got that from here, and I don?t know if I got... the drink and the Brussels sprouts from here. They share patio space with The Yard and Culinary Dropout. Basically a co-op forthose who don?t know. And you can order from all 3 at your table. Which is really nice if you?re in a group and everyone hasvarying desires. But in case you?re wondering, the drink was okay and definitely do not order the Brussels sprouts fromwherever that came from. Will have to come back and try other things. Read more
I prefer the sweeter sauce on the Detroit style pizza and a little bit denser dough. The wings were cooked fine, the breading... was a little thicker than I prefer, where it wants to come off. I wasn't too impressed at that price point. Read more
I ordered a ceasar salad with chicken, pretty pricey for a hall filled box of salad but whatever i was excited to try this... place? i did pay extra for the chicken just for it to still be VERY pink in the middle. Not sure if it?s made fresh or what..either way i ended up with chicken in my salad that was not cooked on the inside AT ALL. i paid 100$ in total for foodpoisoning. Took a chance, cool concept (I love carbs) but the pizza was too dry, not enough cheese on a cheese only pizza. Too expensive.... Even bad pizza is usually good, if I was high and drunk I'd probably eat it no prob...ended up tossing in the trash. Reminded meof the 80s Pizza Hut deep dish. Got a Detroit style pizza and was disappointed to discover it is not made the proper DSP way.
