4 of us were going to see Joe Bonamassa last Friday night, we got into town 2 hours early so we could have a meal b4 the show... started, it was about 6.30pm, the place was packed, and had only 1 person taking orders, my wife and I decided to split a cheeseburger and medium fries with medium ice tea ($21) we waited about 30 minutes, and F#%K the peanuts, thanks but no thanks, when wefinally got our burger, I went to pump the ketchup dispenser, and it was empty, it took me about 5 minutes to get someoneattention, to give me a couple paper ramicans of ketchup, also no straws for tea, gotta say, burger wasn't bad, fries prettygood, the couple we were with spent $42 on 2 burgers, they never did get any ketchup,as they couldn't get anyone's attention, sowe shared ours,we spent almost an hour there, and, ketchup pump was never filled, nobody cleaned the tables, they just brushed thewrappers and such off tables, never wiped them down, I'm sticking with In and Out Burgers, learned a lesson, have dinner b4 yougo downtown Read more

Great food like every other Five Guys, but is very expensive and the dining room is small and usually dirty.

Over priced, especially in the downtown area I'm at during working hours. I ask regular fries and afterwards for no salt, but... was given their special fries with the Cajon spice. Didn't notice until I got back to my office. Read more

Disgusting bathroom, atrocious service. Would give them 0* for the disgusting experience. Bathroom is filthy, water was barely... dripping from the faucet, impossible to wash the hands before meal. Soda machine is broken, they are trying to sell the bottlesof drinks. I ask for a large glass to use it for regular water, manager says "NO" and hands me the tiny water cup. Are youserious? This is my first time here, I order my burger and go on my way. Five minutes later the burger arrives, I try eating itand it is undercooked and has NOTHING IN IT. Just two patties and bread. I go to the cashier and ask him why there is nothing inmy burger and cashier says "oh, everything else is extra and you have to tell us what you want." Hello McFly, how do I knowthat I have to tell you that I want stuff in my burger if you don't ask??? Hello, customer orders a burger and you don't thinkthat maybe two patties and bread is not what he wants for $10??? Zero stars, horrible experience. Do not visit at any cost!!! Iwill be challenging this charge on my credit card. Read more

Everytime I go to Five Guys, it costs a little more, and you leave a little less full. It now costs almost $19 for a double... Bacon cheeseburger, Med fries, and Med drink. The patties are not as big as they used to be, and that is messing with myinterpretation of the taste. I swear it's not as good but I can't be sure if it's just because of sticker shock. The fries, arestill delicious, and might be the only thing besides the hot dogs that I ever get at full price. The peanuts, as always, are awelcome and delightfully gratis offering. 15 years ago this novel chain's M.O. was the stuff of legends, now it's just amediocre foil-wrapped burger that takes almost 10 minutes to make even though you're one of 2 people waiting for food.
