I might not be a quesabirria expert, but I'm pretty sure the taco/tortillas are supposed to be fried in the consome. There were... 2 tortillas on each one. They were not fried at all, at best maybe microwaved. The consome also had too much pico or whateverthey put in it. Not very much "juice" to dip my tacos in. I've never had quesabirrias like this before. Maybe this is filibertos"version" of it. Not for me, never again. I'll just stick to taco tuesday maybe. Maybe not. Read more

Great iconic Mexican food for the price. The food taste can be a bit inconsistent. The food is good otherwise.
This Filiberto's is hit and miss. Sometimes I like to get a Country Breakfast Burrito. But sometimes I get overcooked eggs... that taste horrible, like a burnt sponge. It makes me reluctant to come back to this location for that reason. That's a lot of$ to waste on something that doesn't taste good. Other than that, I think their sauces are better than other locations. MaybeI will just avoid anything with egg. Read more
Apparently, four fast food bean & cheese burritos cost $30. The cashier did warn us that cheese was $2 extra per burrito, but... ... I'd actually feel better about the price if they just charged $7 per instead of claiming that low quality cheese was soexpensive. Read more
