I might not be a quesabirria expert, but I'm pretty sure the taco/tortillas are supposed to be fried in the consome. There were... 2 tortillas on each one. They were not fried at all, at best maybe microwaved. The consome also had too much pico or whateverthey put in it. Not very much "juice" to dip my tacos in.
