Worst customer service. They lied saying our order was correct. We checked in the parking lot and it was not what we ordered. We... went back and the guy was rude. He walked away not wanting to fix our order and also wanting to charge extra to fix the order. Read more

Avoid this place like the plague. I ordered a bean burrito with onions tomato cheese and cilantro. For which they charged me... $10 ($5 extra). They got the order wrong and put beef in with the beans. The tomatoes cheese onions and cilantro were extremelyminimal. The beans were flat with no seasoning. They had to take the beef back out to fix the order and then they never gaveme the $2.50 credit for doing so. Read more
I ordered two cheese enchiladas as I frequently do, and when I received it, the cheese was not melted and the entire dish was... cold. I tried to power through it because I am not one to complain, but I got to a piece of sauce that looked and felt like thebiggest BLOOD CLOT I had ever seen. I brought it up and the cook (who is also a manager?) refused to remake my order or give mea refund because I had "already eaten too much of it". I will never come to this location again, and it will definately takesome time for me to even consider entering another location. I can't rate lower than 1 star or I would. Read more
I've been to a handful of filibertos locations and this one is by far the best. The food quality is amazing and the staff is... always so nice. If you have time to go inside to order its worth it for the salsa bar! Read more
