They got my order wrong I had to go back and get it corrected then I found a finger nail in my taco and manager tried to blame... my 2 year old son and said it would?ve been impossible to be the cooks because he wears gloves, mind you when I went in the cookwas rolling a burrito with no gloves on. I don't mind paying alittle over price if the food good but I got so dissapointed, I ordered chicken tacos, the quality was... horrible and paid $35.85 for 6 chicken tacos. Chicken tasted like it just came out of the microwave. Read more
Just not good. The enchilada is soup. Has the consistency of jello. The burrito meat is dry. Veggies taste fresh but besides... that not great Read more

(Been here 3 times and they have gotten my orders wrong and missing food) Edit 12/06/21 Been here many times after posting my... first review about this place a few months back, and they have improved. Order were always rights, more and bettercommunication, also just verifying Orders are a good thing to do. But other than that their food is also good, except that oneday with the super nachos,(didn't mind tho) they do have this very good burrito called El'Charrito which was the best!! Read more
Every time I have super busy day I stop to eat in fast food restaurant like this ,I was there twice at the first time the food... was pretty good and everything was great ,today I was there again and I got 3 tacos fish , when I start to eat that I feltsomething not fresh but I didn?t thought its bad so I finished my plat , after I left the place My stomach started to ache andthen I realized that I had made a mistake of continuing eat it , Every restaurant It doesn't matter if it's a fast food or fancyone that serves fish must be super careful cause this is the most product tends to spoil, the owner there must check the qualityof the food before he served it to customer!! ,and after I reading the other reviews I understand that I?m not the only one whohad this bad experience with this place. this is Not responsible behavior!! I have gone to this one all the time at night, after 10p every day of the week. The night crew is AWESOME!! The day crew on the... other hand doesn?t seem to know what they are doing, or that people are watching them all the time. This pic is from a dayorder. On a separate visit I witnessed someone cleaning the floor with gloves on. Then this person helped behind the counterwith the same gloves they just used to pick up the rugs in the dining area. Eeeeeewwwwww!!! I tried to find a customer servicecontact online it went to non supported website, otherwise I would have given 4 stars. Read more
