It was so rude at this restaurant. The cashier just grabbed my $20 and threw me my food and no receipt. I was just checking to... see what's going on with my order I went through the drive-thru twice and no one came to the drive-thru window at all so Iproceeded to go into the lobby and that's when they were very rude and they did what they did take my money do my food at me andthen they said bye and walked away I asked for the manager there was none and asked for the lady's name she gave me none andwalked away very very rude service no bueno..... Went there this morning and ordered chorizo burrito add bean and cheese and a taco de cabeza. We returned back to work the... chorizo burrito had what appeared to have grease dripping thus causing the bag to rip, the taco was on large piece of fat. Icalled and told the woman and she told me to bring the burrito back and they will give me another one. Lol i told her its in thetrash three bites and i couldn't do it and she hung up!!!!! These days when costs are increasing and we as customers arereluctant to spend but we have to continue to pump monies into our local businesses so we don't let them fail. Customer serviceseems to be a lost art and we need to implement this back into our traditional stores restaurants etc. The reason people chooseto shop online is to avoid the bad service most places are providing. The food was really good and it was made correctly, the only problem I saw was that the cashier didn't substitute the sour cream... for the guacamole she added it instead, so I was charged extra. Read more
Very nice folks. We were on day 3 of not eating (due to a "friend" stealing all of our money) and they gave us free food when we... offered to work for food. Went back and bought lunch as soon as we could. Great portions and good food. Read more
Ordered thru drive thru and got my food. Ordered from this place as it was closet to me at the time. Got home which is about... 15min from where I got food from only to find I got my 2 Carne asade fries with no meat ????. For comparison I ordered from theone I always order from and let me tell you for $2 more it's a big difference. Paid $24 about for the 2 Carne asade fries for itto be a big disappointment. Asked for a refund and they told me I needed to return so for the 15min drive at this time it'sreally not worth it. This was my first time trying this restaurant out. My fiancé recommended we go here. It was really good. I had the carne asada... flautas plate, I forgot to say no cheese but it was good nonetheless. Stock up on the green salsa, it's great! ???? Read more

I Love this location! The food is always great, the service is fast and accurate, even with my continuous substitutions and... additions always tweeking the menu items to make them my favorite. The atmosphere is not the greatest, at no fault of thebusiness, it just comes with the location unfortunately. However, it is convenient for me!
