Every time I've come here (thankfully, less than many) this place disappoints. Joined a few friends for an early dinner and... ordered online to pickup at the site. Arrived only a few minutes before my specified time and they had no idea of my order. Spoke to a manager and they began filling the order [a family size combo] that I relayed verbally to the best of my memory. Anorder of churros was to have been included; was told they had none. I asked if they could supply a substitution; they offered achoice of another usual side. I asked for beans; they gave me an individual meal-sized cup. (the churros would have served agroup of four...) We came solely because of the group gathering; I suspect this will be the *last* time. Read more

8:30pm l stop by to buy 8 pieces of chicken the manager said sorry we dont have any. Never ever let them know that you have a coupon while ordering at the drive in. They will purposefully give you the smallest... pieces of chicken in your meal to make up for their loss in profit. Ordered a chicken avocado street taco,delicious but not much there for a $4 taco. Anywho, tried to order the guacamole and free... chips that comes with downloading the app. The lady assured me the email wouldn't come until tomorrow so I should wait, I parkedand the scan came up in the app within 5 minutes. If she thought I was gonna make the other person behind me wait, she couldhave asked. I just let her know I was downloading it, and that I'd be back around. This is my third visit to this location and the first was okay but what followed was very bad. I really like the chicken I have... had in the east valley so I was excited to find this location. Now I can't imagine going back. The chicken was burnt andextremely dry. My guess is the items spend the day on the back of the grill. Honestly it should have been thrown away hours ago.This was a real waste of money. I hope they can get their act together. As for now I'll find somewhere else to eat.
