Over priced....the girl working at the drive through windo couldn't really speak English...really hard to understand what she... was asking...she gave us the wrong order...was so flustered by the lack of communication we just left.....they need to hirelegal citizens that actually speak English...not going back... Ordered the 4 piece meal with an extra order of flour tortillas. Got dried out overcooked chicken I could have bought at Frys.... Also the extra tortillas I ordered were corn not flour as requested. No condiments were given at all. To top it off the ordertaker insisted that diet Coke was the same thing as Coke Zero. It is NOT. Never had this kind of a screwed up order at otherlocations. If you order from here just know that even if you order the same thing 3 times you are going to get something different each... time. The salad is the same..chips, dressing, salsas...all depends on who is working. What the website says and what you get,nobody knows the difference. Hopefully you have better luck than me ?? Read more
love this restaurant, but this location in particular is magnificent! The staff is top notch. Not only are they consistently on... the ball, but they're cheerful and clearly happy to be working there. Every single interaction I've had with this location hadbeen memorable and delightful. I almost forgot to mention how great the actual food is! Chicken id quite literally always cookedto perfection! They couldn't possibly disappoint, always worth the stop if you're in the vicinity! I ordered the family meal, all breast and wings, rice, beans, and the avocado salad with just lettuce and tortilla strips, corn... tortillas. Waited at least 15-20 total time, and left the drive thru area. Checked my food, sides, churros, tortillas, allthere. I noticed the salad was turning brown and looked gross, I figured whatever it's just cheap old bagged salad. Checked thechicken which had everything in it except legs, and what was there was all chopped up, couldn't tell what it was. Went insidethis time, waited in line for the same amount of time until I was even helped, never acknowledged before then, there was alreadya line, 2 people went up either wrong orders. Overheard them apologizing that they are short staffed, which I understand, Iwouldn't mind the wait, as long as I got good food and my correct order. Finally it's my turn, I explained what happened, twicebecause for some reason she was not understanding what I meant SMH. Got the chicken, looked great. Got home, we made our plates,rice was so dry and had chunks of hard pieces in it, the beans were under cooked and watery, churros were hard and greasy,chicken was absolutely delicious I admit. 1st pic is what the chicken looked like before I went in and talk to them, 2nd pic isthe bad salad, 3rd poc is what the chicken should of looked like in the first place, and what I ordered. Final pics which iskind of hard to see but you can see the dark brown specs are very hard rice, and the pinto if you are a frequent customer orhave ever made fresh pinto beans, you can tell by the color its undercooked but I obviously tried it, and was right. I really like the atmosphere, the staff was kind and courteous and help me make my decision on what food to order. I would... highly recommend this place not only for their grilled chicken but their quesadillas as well. They always have lots of parkingspaces available and plenty tables available to eat inside the store if you so choose. Read more
