I try to give businesses more than one chance if they mess something up because I understand that things do happen. However,... this location continues to disappoint me. A lot of the times I request my bagel to be toasted and I ask for light cream cheese.Most of the time my bagel is halfway toasted and cold on one side. I asked for my bagel to be double toasted one time and theyburnt it. They put this enormous glob of cream cheese on it and then you are forced to scrape it off once you stop or on a papertowel in the car. This time around will be my final straw. They need to change the settings on the toaster or some thing. TodayI got a six cheese bagel and there was no cheese on top of it. I just decided to throw it out of the window and go hungry forthe morning. This establishment should also get rid of the ?tip? option as they are not really giving service. First time ever and the bagels ???? were good.
Stopped by here for a quick breakfast on the way north to the Grand Canyon. The turkey bagel was quite good, tasted fresh and... healthy. However, my coffee order was incorrect - which isn?t the biggest deal in the world. Staff was super friendly! Read more
The staff were nice, worked very hard to get the orders out quickly even while busy. Cashier even helped me pick a breakfast... sandwich I?d like. Food was hot and fresh, iced coffee was perfect. I had the All-Nighter with one egg and it was delicious. Read more
I go to Einstein Bagels for one thing and one thin only. -jalapeño & cheese bagel -jalapeño Schmear -novalox -w/ tomato,... capers & red onion. They do this very very well. The lox are always fresh. The bagel is always thick and soft. The schmear isalways slightly spicy. The service is consistently fast and courteous. Read more
