I can forgive the slow service. I can?t forgive getting orders wrong CONSTANTLY. Literally 1 out of 2-3 visits will have your... order wrong. you don?t realize until you?re already home or at work, so by then it?s to late. The interior is filthy. The staffhave horrible attitudes. The food quality has gone down. I won?t be back, as there are plenty other choices. At this point QT isbetter and cheaper. Read more
I've been going to Einsteins for more years than I care to remember. I love their multiplude of bagel choices. My personal... choice is sesame. But if I'm having lox, I love to combo this with an onion bagel. And when my kids were young, Einsteins was alife saver. Think fast, healthy and delicious. Slow and dirty, unmanaged. I am not reviewing the food as I'm sure everybody knows what Einstein fare is about. I went and when... things were slow, they're only two other customers in the place. Still, I had to wait 10 minutes to get one bagel and during myweight went to get my coffee. The hazelnut coffee was ice cold and that was my favorite selection. I used an alternate choiceand then when I went to get the half and half it was empty. I inform the staff about the shortcomings and during my entire meal,nobody came out to do anything. Sitting down, I changed tables because mine was dirty and wobbled terribly, sling my coffee. Acoffee cup lid had been shoved under one leg in an unsuccessful effort to stabilize it. As I looked around, I could not find aclean table in the entire restaurant. Everything was covered in crumbs and napkins. Someone needs to be supervising the frontof allthe house here. The food should be kept fresh and the seating areas cleaned and the floor swept. What I can't understandis t ttylhe lack of response duringy a &g9 slow business time to a direct notification that the food that people come in for isnot available. Gi7gUntil then, I will stay away. Actually, I would make the rate more than five stars. The Nova Lox is so great and affordable. It's not that salty as I always... taste from somewhere. Please continue making the same recipe for everyone to enjoy. Also, the staff are so generous! Thank youfor that! Read more
This review is based on multiple visits to this location. The staff itself has been wonderful, kind, helpful, etc. I do NOT... believe they have the proper staffing, proper appliances, and very likely need better pay in order to fix the staffing issue.Every day that I go into this location, I cannot help but notice the amount of dust and filth around the place. It needs a deepclean especially around the air vents with built up dust. What are you having your employees breathing in everyday????? Thisparticular visit I had today was absolutely nuts. The line was very long, it took 20 minutes for me to get my order. I left thelocation, and to my surprise, when I opened up my bagel, there was no cheese in it??? So I drove back, requested my order to becorrected and it was again given to me without cheese 5 minutes later... I am not trying to shame the employee, but I do believebecause they were swamped and understaffed, they were not able to focus on order accuracy. I left without receiving my bagel andwithout a refund as I was now running about 30 minutes late for work. Read more
Our go to Einstein?s even though there is one closer to the house. Their Farmhouse bagels are ???????? delicious. They get eaten... too quickly for a photo. The mango iced tea hits the spot on a hot summer morning. During the pandemic they maintained thesocial distancing protocol which we highly appreciated. Love this location and crew. Read more
Best Einstein's in the valley! There is a bearded gentleman with glasses, I think he may be the manager, and he always keeps the... place ship-shape and running smoothly. Plus, they aren't stingy with the green chilies on their green chili bagels, nor thespread when you order a bagel with it, and I love that ???? I get more energy from a single bagel with spread than I do from awhole breakfast elsewhere. Read more
