I came to this store almost a lot because I work cross the street from store but especially this incident happened on 11/15 I... believe it was. At that time I ordered pizza bagel and coffee this time there was I believe a small like toothpick stick thatwas in it. I took it to a cashier name Layla I believe her name was. She started giving me faces like I was bothering her I gotupset and left. Today on 11/26 I tried to call her back since she was more aware of my situation and ask for refund. Someoneanswered the phone then she disconnected the phone, I called back again she disconnected the phone again, called 3rd time no onepicked up the phone. I guess it?s so easy for a rude coward to do this to you over the phone. But its ok I don?t care no more.There is Starbucks next door with much friendlier staff and so many Bagel stores in phoenix that the employees seem like theyenjoy their job, they are polite and doesn?t seem like they hate their job Read more

Placed my order online through the app. Went in after 15 minutes and didn?t find my order. Asked about my order and they told me... they were going to make it. Waited about 10 more minutes and saw people who walked in and ordered get their food so I askedagain. The lady grabbed a bag that had a sandwich in it, opened the sandwich, then put it somewhere else, then brought the emptybag over and told me both the plain and cheesy hash brown bagels were sold out and asked what I wanted instead. I told hernothing just a refund at this point. She walked away I suppose to tell the manager who then went over to the register to cancelthe order. I asked her why no one informed me as I had been waiting for 30 minutes at that point someone could have told me theywere sold out instead of waiting for me to ask. No apology, no empathy, everyone there just seemed inconvenienced. The employeeswere also talking bad about other drive thru customers and using foul language where everyone in the lobby could here. I?m only leaving a 1 star because there is no option to leave zero stars. This place has gotten so bad! The last several times I... have attempted to go here. something is wrong with either the service or the order. Today I ordered the chorizo Sunrise,breakfast sandwich with one egg. Picked it up through the drive-through, got home and took one bite. The sausage seemed like ithad been cooked several days ago. The sandwich was cold. And the egg was completely missing from the sandwich. This place isawful and not at all worth the money. I returned my sandwich for a full refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I would never leave such a badreview after just 1 or even 2 bad visits, But, this place can?t get it right EVER any more!!! I just don?t get it because itreally is not that complicated to get orders correct at a fast food joint! It just isn?t that hard!!!! Read more

Only true New Yorkers will understand but this place is not it. Bagels tasted like a poor imitation of NY with the cheapest... amount of toppings I?ve ever seen on an everything bagel. Plain cream cheese had a strangely sweet taste to it. Suddenly Irealized where they invest all their seasoning?the onion and chive cream cheese. Was more green than white from the seasoningand tasted way too strong. That?s not even to mention how my entire order was incorrect. Wrong cream cheese(that?s how I endedup with 2 flavors) and didn?t toast it after she went out of her way to ask me if I wanted it toasted lol. I was also the onlycustomer in there so there shouldn?t have been a rush, which trust me there wasn?t. Place was empty at 830am which isn?t a goodsign for a breakfast location that is up against a very busy road. The flavors aren?t even the locations fault but if the foodsucks at least put some effort into the service. Read more

This is a review for the drive thru at this location. Around ten this morning there was a longish wait of about 15 minutes to... actually get to the window. Once at the window I was asked if I would like to tip which I did. After driving off I had a sip ofmy "hot" coffee which was not even lukewarm. It was clearly an old batch. Returned to the store and asked for a new one. Thecashier explained that they had to brew up a new batch which took another 10 minutes or so. Although it is clean inside, I'mpretty disappointed in this location overall and will not visit again. As others have mentioned this one is in a particularlyrough part of town. This place is okay.... I like Einstein Bros. for breakfast and feel a little bad that these guys are located next to a Circle K... that isn't in the greatest location either....So you have that element. Seems like a bunch of kids were working there when myorder got screwed up but we finally got it resolved. (I've got nothing against teens working, making an honest living, learningthe value of having a job and making money but sometimes some senior guidance would be reassuring) Not thrilled about beingforced to go through the drive thru for months because COVID-19 initiated the blueprint for businesses to get lazy and not havethe lobby accessible to paying customers.... They continued with this nonsense at this location... In their defense it may beopen by now though. I'm so used to it being closed I continue to use the drive thru.... Which attributed to why one of my ordersgot mixed up in r first place. If I was inside of the restaurant it would have likely never happened....The times that I havegone to this location the food was good. ???? Read more

I've been to this location a few other times but this was the worst experience I've ever had at any Einstein. Ordered a Santa Fe... and it's literally just egg and bagel. Ordered a tasty turkey and the all the veggies were wilted, over ripe and transparent.Put together poorly and messy as the picture shows. Called the store and they offered to remake the Santa Fe sandwich which I'llhave to get at another time due to living 30 mins away. Extremely disappointed in the quality. I understand y'all were shortstaffed but that shouldn't affect how you make your sandwichs. Read more

UPDATE: JULY 2021 Rudeness and Poor Customer Service (location has gotten much worse) Called in order as instructed: 1) Told... I could order via app - not true 2) Told they were out of bagels I wanted - not true 3) Called back less than 1 min later - nowthey have more available! 4)) Placed order for pick up 5) Arrived, paid, asked about complimentary bev offer (coffee) 6) Staffdid not know what I was talking about Asked to speak to Manager More staff arrived (not mgr), they also didn't know about compbev offer (mgr was standing to the side & had staff speak to me instead) Male (staff member?) was extremely rude. "You haveyour order, why are you still here?" I replied I am not speaking with you - I am speaking with manager (so I thought)! However,male staff member continued to interrupt. Manager allowed this uncomfortable situation to continue for several minutes -instead of just saying, I will handle this - go work somewhere else I then asked the actual manager why they couldn't speakwith me in the first place - esp since they were standing right there?! No explanation other than - "I was just telling themabout the bev offer..." That type of 'training' should be done separately from this interaction with a paying customer Noapologies were ever given despite the rude & unprofessional behavior exhibited toward me by several staff members I have been abusiness & private customer for many years at many locations. I have frequently subbed cold bev for coffee with no problem (itwas initially suggested/offered to me by diff mgr). However, I was refused this time and staff members were very rude aboutit Additionally, the male "staff member" was NOT wearing any kind of uniform.
