Saturday Morning staff was nice and friendly. My only issue was the homeless people coming in and getting free coffee and soda.... They were putting their stuff on the tables and some guy smelled really bad. One homeless guy was coughing all over the coffeestation. The staff just ignored them and went on working. Clearly, this place doesn't care about sanitary conditions. This willbe the first and last time my family ever come here. Read more
I've stopped at this location a few times now, after driving by it every morning for 2 years. BOY was I missing out! The staff... here is so friendly and it seems like they genuinely have fun doing what they do. There was a regular in line behind me and theychatted back and forth, gave a little shout out to Detroit (crack me up) and the whole place just felt alive and happy. I willdefinitely be stopping in more often now that I know about this diamond in the rough!!! The bagels are great but that kind ofcustomer service just doesn't exist much anymore. Read more

Very friendly staff, recognized my granddaughter as a regular. Folks meeting for coffee and at tables both inside and out.
Not only do I recommend Einsteins in general, but my family visited this location this morning and we were impressed. The staff... was friendly, the food was good and the place was clean. We got to try the new strawberry crème strudel and the applestrudel?delicious!! They tasted so good, the strawberry crème was my personal favorite. Definitely worth going to! Read more
Einsteins at a great location on Thunderbird just a block east of the 40th st. intersection. I read some bad reviews but I... always base my opinions on personal experience. When I walked in, it was very busy. There is a new Manager, Cedric, who wasdoing a great job with crew Natalie. He recommended their Texas Brisket with egg cheddar. I had that which was super deliciouswith a healthy, tasty apple juice and choc. chip cookie which was better than at most cookie stores. I also got my usual bag ofyummy, fresh bagels with onion chive spread. Service was fast even though it was busy. Apparently, the new GM Cedric, isimproving this location fast because I really enjoyed my visit and rank Einsteins 3 for 3 locations for the big 5 star! Highlyrecommended Einstein's location. The service is great but I just witness the team members here went above and way way beyond for an older gentleman that needed... help all I have to say this is a reminder that humanity still exist. And proof that they hire caring people here. Read more
We love Einstein Bros. but this location has gone downhill. The coffee in the carafes was cold, creamers were empty, and this... place was filthy. Garbage all over the floors, beverage station was sticky and gross, and the manager was leaning over his phoneat the register when we came in. He didn?t seem too concerned about the restaurant. I don?t plan on returning to this locationand I?m really hoping I don?t get sick from the food. This was a waste of $20. The only good thing I can say is that theemployees were friendly; they were just lacking direction/motivation. Read more
