I have been coming in here a lot lately as I live down the street. I sometimes sit and do work for hours so I for sure can say I... spend tons of time in this Einstein?s. Every time I come I am impressed. Every. Single. Time. The staff is SO NICE!Especially the manager - at least I assume he is the manager - he is always going out of his way to help people and make themfeel welcome. The food is always great and I have never had an issue with my order. The one time I saw an issue with someonesorder here was it took a bit to long - mind you the guy was not getting impatient at all - and they sincerely apologized andtold him to pick a sweet for the inconvenience. That?s what they do here...go above and beyond because they are amazing atcustomer service. Not after the fact when someone is mad. Bottom line is I love this place. This location is always very clean and the bagels always fresh and yummy. I always get the same bagel: blueberry with blueberry... smear. This visit was no different. We came in very close to closing time but not once did we feel rushed or that we were aninconvenience. The young men working there were cleaning up for closing but made sure we had whatever we needed. They werefriendly, professional and attentive. I only wish I lived closer to this location. If you've never tried Einstein's Bagels you should do so. They are part of a large national (I think) chain but if you like... bagels, either by themselves or made into a sandwich with breakfast or lunch ingredients, theirs are quite good. They make themdaily in the store so they are always soft and fresh. They've always had coffee and other drinks (both hot and cold) butrecently started touting Caribou brand coffee. Whether that is the same, better or worse than whatever brand they used to sell Iwill leave up to the connoisseurs but it tasted good to me. Their service is quick and courteous and their items can be bought"to go" or to eat in their ample dining area. If you like bagels, I think you'll like theirs. Read more
