DON'T. Waited over half an hour for two breakfast bagel sandwiches. Mediocre food, uncaring customer service, and watching... multiple orders that came after yours get served first are just a few reasons not to go to this location. I went to get breakfast thinking it would be the typical 10 to 15 min. wait. 45 min. later it was ready. It?s really frustrating... when you are not expecting the wait. I wish they would have told me when I ordered that it would be that long. Other customerswere pretty frustrated as well. I tried for two days to call and pre-order a dozen bagels and they never answered the phone. I would have ordered online but... the cranberry bagels wanted is not on the menu! I drive from Casa Grande and if I don't order ahead they are always sold out.Very disappointing. Read more
I went in to get a bagel and there was maybe 5 people in the store at 9:30 AM on a Saturday -however the employee taking my... order said they would be at 30 minute wait because of online orders. This is my saddest Einstein Bros experience. I thought the downtown Tempe location cheated on the amount of cream cheese they... put in because of the student population at ASU. Even airport locations load more cheese. This is a rip-off and then there?s nooption to ?not? tip even though you?re taking out. Could have just gone to Fry?s to get an equivalent bagel and a whole tub oforganic cheese in less money than the $5+ I paid today. Read more
God I?m so sick of this place. I waited legitimately 20 minutes and paid $10 for two bagels with cream cheese. Not even toasted.... And there?s barely any cream cheese on them.
