Ordered 1x medium ice coffee 1x large ice coffee ... I assumed simple order. Get to window, they hand me a medium, I try to... explain my order is wrong and and missing a large ice coffee... I get told "move along your holding up my line... and your orderwas confusing and complicated " Thank you. I will never visit again. Read more
They lock the doors in the morning which is fine, but they NEED to put signs up! This drive through is a hazard the way it's set... up. You can't get in and out without getting run over by the cars who only care about their coffee or donuts. Read more
Having just had an operation a week ago, and coming back from a follow up dr?s appointment, I asked my husband to stop for a... treat at Dunkin? Donuts. I ordered 2 donuts and a coffee. When I got home and tasted my ?treat? I was so disappointed. I havenever had a bad donut or coffee at DD, so I?m going to say it has to be this location. The donuts tasted like they were 3 daysold, sitting uncovered on a counter, while the coffee tasted just as bad, if not worse. Again, I am truly disappointed. Thiscouldn?t have come at a worse time. Donuts are in garbage, coffee down the drain. I should have given it 1 star, but there?salways hope and so that?s what the 2nd star is for. Get your act together!! Read more

Told myself awhile ago I?d never go to Dunkin? Donuts again due to always getting burned food but I wanted to give em another... shot and they fail horribly. Dedra (the woman who rang up the order) was just standing around telling employees she would?ve hadthe order done already, and although it didn?t take even 3 minutes to get the order, I?m confused as to how the ?cook? can?teven properly prepare hash browns. Not only are they burned both in appearance and taste, but they?re soggy like they weresitting around since opening, how?s that even possible?! Thanks for ruining my breakfast, Dunkin? All I wanted was a frozen matcha green tea, and a hot water! It took more than 5 minutes to even order, I had to pull up and see... what the hold up was, there was only one person ahead of me. Not sure if they were troublesome but nevertheless, the verypregnant person on speaker was also assuming guy making the drinks, tho I seen another and heard another. Don't know what thehold up was but she had taken someone else's order, charged me for their order and mine theirs 17 mine 5 and I am still waitingon a refund that should have been returned within minutes she assured me... can never go wrong with dunking but I think it'stime to find more people to help the pregnant lady. Had sausage, egg, & cheese on a croissant, and a maple sugar bacon, with egg & white cheddar on a croissant, with hash browns.... The sandwiches were both dry and boring, as in not juicy or flavorful. I could actually taste the cheese but it wasn't enough toimprove the sandwich. The hash browns were dry and small and mostly tasteless. My first time here. My last time also. And NoSalt! Not on the eggs & none for the hash browns. Bleah! Read more
