Size matters and at dunkin when you order a large you get a large. Not just a sip but you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Thats... important to me. At $5-$7 you get a few sips abd thats that elsewhere or the quality gets watered down not at dunkin. Door says it opens at 6AM.....stopped in yesterday to ensure the door was correct..."yes, we'll be open at 6:00 AM" was the... response. Walked over at 6AM, closed up and dark. Waited in line for ten minutes, then waited another 15 to get an iced coffee. I've been in many busy Dunkins and have never... experienced a wait like this location always seems to have. Especially if you have an office to get back to, you're better offpicking another coffee shop. Read more

The customer service at this particular Dunkin is amazing! They are so friendly and try their best with every order that comes... their way. I used to be a loyal Starbucks customer. I have converted to Dunkin because 1. More affordable 2. The staff is morefriendly 3. Even though they have a long line and only 2 employees working the employees still try to be as efficient aspossible.
