This is definitely my go-to spot for early morning coffee runs. They are efficient and constantly providing a positive vibe.
I don't leave reviews often, but these folk deserve more than a great review. They are all very kind and each time they go out... of their way to make sure my order is satisfactory. Though I've never complained, never asked for additions or compensation forout of stock items, etc. They. Always. Come. Through. You might be a cynic and say, "that's just good customer service", but forgood customer service, you must have a good individual employed who invests their own will, values and effort into the job(something that can't be driven by a paycheck, especially not with today's cost of sh-t). From my personal experience, lots, ifnot most humans dgaf about making your experience in life nicer. How this location has a mix of kids and adults who do give a f-is incredible. Read more
Tired of paying for a cup of milk. This is the 3rd macchiato I've received from this location that is almost completely milk. I... even asked for an extra shot of espresso. There should be a total of 4 shots, but it's completely white. Please train youremployees to follow the formulas. This stuff is too expensive for this kind of error. Read more
Went thru drive thru last week and ordered Sweet Black Pepper Croissant. Got to work to find a bagel with ham and cream cheese... in my bag. Drove thru again today and ordered Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Croissant. Got to work and was given plain bacon, egg,and cheese croissant. They did not provide a receipt on either occasion. Employees are very nice every time I visit this location. I never wait long. If I do have to wait long, it's because of a... customer who didn't know what they wanted before getting to the register. Again, the employees know what they're doing and getyou in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Read more
Donuts were fresh. Price is good. They were friendly even tho I think the guy was new because we was trying to remember each... donut we wanted instead of grabbing a box and putting them in while we picked! I was like...this may be easier to put in a boxas we pick cause there is no way you are going to remember all this!! But overall it was a good Dunkin! Read more
