They were very rude to there customers there is a school near by and it was hot and so some kids came in for water but... unfortunately got kicked out. I?ve been there multiple times and they were really rude. i heard the manager ran after some kidsbecause they were kicked out because they didn?t have money to pay for their expensive items. I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese and I feel like they just pulled the sausage or bacon off and replace the cheese. My... egg was warm but my cheese wasn?t even melted on my egg and it was fridge cold my donut and also have filling in it will not begoing back. Read more
Frozen coffee with French vanilla is my go-to drink. First, what was made was caramel, not French vanilla. They remade it but... it still tasted more like caramel. Didn't like it compared to other locations. Also, location made for right turns in andout. Difficult, especially during rush hours, to get out going west or north. Read more
I absolutely adore the staff here. Especially one barista, but don't know her name. They all are kind, but she makes me want to... be a better person everyday. They are quick, delicious and located in a convenient area. Thank you all for being AMAZING! Cheers????? Read more
Always very busy and the last few times I've been there they forgot to make my drink each time. Some of the servers are nice but... some are not. I also noticed they don't check their delivery orders until the drivers arrive and if there is a mistake thedriver has to wait for them to remake the order. There needs to be some order to this chaos. Food is good as far as what theyhave but the stuffed bagels are always cold in the center. Otherwise pretty good place to go if your not in a rush. Done with Dunkin? N.16th St & Bethany Home location. I removed a star for every time I had to drive back because of THEIR error... with my order. They forgot to include part of my order I paid for so I had to drive back later, the lobby was closed so I had touse the drive-thru and explain to the person they forgot my hash browns (which happen to be my favorite). I got to the windowand they handed me a bag with a single order of hash browns. No sorry for the inconvenience, let me give you a coupon orsomething free for your trouble. None of that. Just handed me the missing food. Another time they gave me the wrong drink, hadto drive back, try to explain to the person taking drive-thru orders who sounded like it was her first day on the job. So Iasked to speak to the manager and pulled forward. When I got to the window they had pulled up my order from earlier & I againhad to explain the drink they gave me wasn?t what I ordered before they made the correct drink. Again, no ?sorry ma?am for yourtrouble - here?s some coupons for free food & drinks.? Nope, just handed me what I ordered in the first place 45 minutesearlier.
