Ordered a dozen assorted donuts in drive thru at 5:42 am and paid over $16 dollars!!! When I got to work to eat one I noticed I... had 7 cake like donuts that all looked alike. When I returned and spoke to the manager about the lack of assortment in thedonuts I received she pointed out that they were different flavors just looked the same! I then asked to exchange them for somedonuts I didn't receive like jelly filled, toasted coconut, long John's, etc and she rudely told me no because 7 out of 12 isconsidered assorted! The opening crew is who I deal with and they are great! I go right before work and they are quick, efficient, friendly, and... accurate. I've only had one mishap in nearly a year of coming here. I love the butter pecan with cream, iced and large. Plus,who doesn't like doughnuts? Read more

Manager is coughing, no mask, long wait for orders, no acknowledgement of customer's. Store is dirty and it's 8:30am. The only... positive is one employee tried to get the order right after the 20 minute wait. Speaking badly about the customer in the drivethru. Don't come here unless you don't care. Read more

The staff seemed to not care when we walked in. Three employees stood around by the drive thru. When someone was finally called... from the back to take our order, I was told they were out of cold brew. The cashier was friendly and quick once he had finallycome to take our order.
