Not my typical go to place as I've become ever more health conscious, but we had family visiting who aren't as die hard on their... diet restrictions as we are and we didn't really have any breakfast items for them to eat... So while I was finishing my bikeride, I stopped and got us a 1/2 dozen of doughnuts. The restaurant was very clean, smelled yummy, and the staff were veryfriendly. Placed an online order. The place was pretty busy, leading to a longer than normal wait time. They were out of multiple items... from the order. I saw another customer who got the wrong order while I was there. Just an overall poor experience. Wouldn'trecommend. Update: Tried the food when we got home. The breakfast sandwiches had a strong bleachy chemical taste so threw themout. Absolutely worthless place, stay away. Read more
Not sure how they ate out of 3 of my fave donuts. Or the ice coffee they have on the menu... but is discontinued...??? Or out of... large cups so you have no choice but to get what they say. Doesn't seem that busy they get lost in ordering ahead so this isn'tnormal. It's the only reason I come to this place.... I will give them some time and will try again in a few months.... There?s never enough workers at this location. It?s my closest location, so I go there often. I?ve never seen more than three... workers in the store. Often there?s only two workers and one of them always seems like they just started that day. Managementneeds to step up and staff the store properly so it doesn?t take 30 minutes to get a small coffee and a donut. They?re also veryoften out of half of the menu. Read more
Someone said the breakfast sandwiches here are better than Burger King? WRONG. my sandwich tasted like it took a chemical bath.... Last time I tried the same sandwich it was pretty darn good for fast food.. 2 stars for my coffee tasting good and the littleround hash browns being edible. Read more
I was able to place a mobile order on the app tonight but this location was closed when I tried to pick it up and the worst part... is that I can't even cancel it. For some reason they closed an hour earlier tonight. I've been coming here since they firstopened because I live right around the corner but this location has been going down hill for awhile now. There's always anissue. I've ordered drinks on the app in the afternoon only to arrive and they're out of either cups, cold brew or syrup. Thecoffee is always extremely watered down even when I ask for light ice. I never receive an apology for a mistake made and mymobile orders are never ready by the time I get there. It's really too bad because this use to be a nice place to go to. I guessI'll just have to go to one of the other bazillion or so coffee shops around 7th Street and Bell Road. Read more
The young man was great. The donuts at 6:00am were dry and not fresh. Are they not baked in the store? For the amount of money... that they charged, they should be hot or warm out of the oven. Never again. Read more
