I come here every weekend for my son and they almost never have hot food. Why are they cleaning the oven at 11:30 in the... morning? They should do that before they open. I sat in line for 30 minutes to be told they don't have hot food or donuts. Thisis ridiculous Read more

Don't mobile order at this location! Placed my order at 9:35 drove to the restaurant and arrived at 9:45 . Part of my order was... done so I grabbed the bag for that however our coffee and donuts had not been placed waiting at the pick up area for about 10minutes nothing so I walked over to where you order because no one acknowledges the pick up area. The lady at the front gave meattitude and said she couldn't help me and I had to wait at the pick up window. By this time there had been atleast 6 people whohave ordered got their entire orders and left. About 5 minutes later she brings over my iced coffee. 10 minutes after that Iwent back over to the front counter and then told the girl I was missing my donuts and she goes oh sorry must have lost theslip. So all said and done it took me 35 minutes to get a mobile order that should have already been done. Read more

Idk who runs this place.. honestly. But whoever does... has no clue what's going on. You're out of popular donuts every Sat and... Sun by 9. That's the only consistency this place has going for them and I built a house here over a year ago. CHOP CHOP GUYS.. Read more

I've never met such horrible staff. They can't handle someone ordering multiple dozen donuts at one time. The manager on duty... today was trashy and rude. All workers were unattentive with poor and unkempt appearances. I will never be back. Poor staffing,poor management. Do better. Read more

Sandra the manager refused to put sweet foam on my hot coffee. So, I said you can charge me extra she said, ?no?. I said,... ?charge me full price for a cold brew with Sweet foam and just put sweet foam in the cup and I?ll put it in my hot coffee?. Shesaid, ?no I will not do that for you.? I said ok, give me a cold brew with sweet foam and a hot coffee. She made sure the cupwas full of ice and very little Sweet-foam so I couldn?t put any in my hot coffee. I asked for her name and and Districtmanagers name. She rudely stated my district manager will tell you the same thing. No customer service skills or problemsolving skills and was completely comfortable with being rude to me in front of her employees to teach them it?s ok to be rudeto customers. Read more

Avoid on the weekend. They used to be good, but have been awful on the weekend lately. Always out of everything, and people... running around like a fire drill. Told me to pull around front to wait for a sandwich and iced coffee, and they would bring itout. 10 minutes later, walked inside and the sandwich was sitting on the counter, no coffee. Location on Tatum and Greenway is abetter option. Weekdays have been fine. Read more

Ok so it?s Dunkin Donuts. What?s there not to like? I have been eating and Dunkin Donuts and drinking there coffee for years... now. I have given this particular one many many chances since it is by my work. However this store just doesn?t have ittogether. The drive through is ineffecient. They need to take a few tips from other restaurants with drive throughs andimprove. Too long of a wait, and not because there are too many cars in front of you. Today I pulled up to the intercom to orderand waited at least 3 minutes to place an order. This was after I got through the car line and when it was my turn. Often theydon?t hear your order correctly and I have had to request changes at the counter. Customer service is lacking. The employeesdo not want to be there. But today was the last straw. I pulled out my chocolate frosted donut and I think they gave me therunt of the litter. Not nearly the amount of frosting as they usually have. I was already at work so I couldn?t do anythingabout it. But after today, I won?t be going here. Waste of money and time. Read more
