I cannot recommend this Dunkin' Donuts. This one randomly closes between 4-5pm, per sign on the door "Use drive thru. Short... staffed." By the time I got back into my car & at the drive thru, someone announced at the speaker, "Sorry we're closed. We willopen tomorrow at 6am". What about my online order that was taken 10 mins ago? No response. Use our mobile app & skip the line.Order online to save time. We'll take your money but we're not here to make your order. I had to report fraud through my creditcard to get my refund. you know what? I?ve been to this Dunkin before and had a great experience which is why I was disheartened to hear that my co... worker went through the drive thru at this location to get a dozen donuts at about 4:30pm-5:00pm on Saturday and was unable toacquire them because the staff acted like they were going to take his order and then said ?You know what? actually we?reclosed?. I understand closing 15 minutes before or even 30 minutes before but an hour before close? Come on. I work in fast foodand I understand needing to close early due to staffing shortages or cleaning but acting like you?re going to take an order andthen just not taking it is a new level of low. The girl at the drive thru window has so much attitude and clearly hates life. It?s unfortunate they have her working with the... public. She threw an old dried up donut in my bag and handed me my items and basically slammed the window to the drive thru. Read more
This is a great location. I often stop to get doughnuts for coworkers or students. The staff is efficient, fast, and friendly.... The beverages they recommend are always delicious. The space is clean and well maintained. The prices are comparable to othershops of this type. Read more
Ok so since when did the coca mocha signature latte not include whipped cream and drizzle? Staff said it's only for cake batter... and caramel when that wasn't the case before. I asked for whipped cream to be added and they didn't add it when my cup said "onewhipped". Since a couple months ago every time I buy food or drink from this location there's always something wrong with myorder. One time the order taker was extremely rude to my mom. Hope this location is closed for good, but I probably won't begiving dunkin my money in general anymore. Read more

Terrible food... I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese sandwich with a plain bagel, and they gave me a burned croissant. The eggs on... the sandwich tasted like they were cooked and sitting there at least a day... also got the new batter latte... tastes like justcoffee with milk and Whipped cream on top - nothing special... sad, it's the first time I've been to a Duncan doughnuts in along time and this is what I'm welcomed back with... not coming back again anytime soon... Every time I go to this location my coffee is cold, (ordered hot) they randomly close at 11, noon. There is a female worker... there who has the worst attitude and genuinely hates being there. Basically tosses your order at you and closes the window. Goto a different location if you can. Read more
