I just started going here and love it. They are super fast and you can order ahead with the mobile app.
Worst store ever!! Always running out of supplies never have what you want in stock! Never offering any compensation for never... having anything!! So times I wonder leaving these Google reviews does it ever lead to any improvements!! Read more
Worst location I've ever been to. Always only one person working and always a line except for today when I went there and there... was no line I walked up to the counter and stood there for 10 minutes while the lady was in the back and never even acknowledgedme once! Until I got fed up and said "are you guys just not taking orders right now?" to which her response was "I'm working bymyself!" which is not my problem but it's not entirely her fault either to be honest it's the owners fault for not providingtheir staff and business with the things they need to succeed. You have just lost the business of a customer that buys Dunkintwice a day every day and I guarantee I'm not the only one. I'll make sure I'm contacting dunkin corporate to let them knowabout this and many other food health safety concerns I've witnessed here too! You're a slum business owner that clearly has nocare about their business other than the money coming in but failing to notice you're leaving alot of money on the table becauseit's your lack of care. It all started when my older sister said,? America Runs On Dunkin.? NOT AT THIS LOCATION! Terrible management. Ordered online... and waited 30 minutes. As someone who has worked in the food industry this was embarrassing and disappointing. If you aregetting online orders call the names out! And during a time of the pandemic!!! I note!!! Customers should not be hovering overthe counting waiting for their orders and touching other people?s food to be looking for their orders!!!! I was so bothered bythis action and the workers there did not do anything about it. I was so ready to get over the counter and manage the rushmyself. I've ordered 3 times from this location and each time there was an issue with my food portion of the order. The coffee was... perfect and very delicious however I've ordered a ham and egg bagel and they gave me an English muffin without notice orexplanation. I'm fine if maybe they ran out of bagels but the next day I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and theygave me regular cream cheese. Again maybe they ran out of strawberry but there was no notice again. It was also very messy. OnMy 3rd order my delivery driver notified me the employees refused to make my sandwich at all so I never received it. LuckilyI'll get a refund for that through Uber eats but I will not order from this location ever again. Read more
