This location used to be good, but the newer staff members are terrible. 15 minutes of standing inside waiting to pick up a... simple hot coffee and donut (placed 5 minutes before THAT, so 20 minutes total from order being placed) before I just had togive up and get to work. There goes $6 wasted due to incompetence. Read more

I love Dunkin coffee. I do, however, like it to be hot. Twice now they have had an issue providing this to me when I order it.

The food was old (the hash browns was turning black and dry). the drink was made wrong after they forgot about it! The guy gave... me the bag and left without saying anything after a few minutes I had to honk the horn (was at the drive through) to getsomeone's attention to tell them that I still haven't gotten my drink. I don't know why there's so many negative reviews on here. It's a chain restaurant you arent going to get a mind blowing... experience. My coffee always made correctly and the staff is fine. They show up and do what they're paid to do. Read more

Donuts are really bad here and have been stale and tasteless every time. They have actually been bad at every Dunkin... though. Factory produced with lots of artificial ingredients is the the only way I can think to describe them. I will besticking to the mom and pop donut shops Read more

How hard is it to make a frozen coffee? Apparently it's takes 3 people. Cause one can't do it right. Get a new job! **Update**... It was just me in the drive thru, I wasn't greeted. Some very rude woman was rushing me through my order. I was never greeted atthe window, I wasn't told my total (I had to go to my bank account to know how much I paid). This place is a joke. The staff isawful and rude. I tried giving them another chance, but had a worse experience this time. I understand being busy and shortstaffed. I worked fast food for 13 years. However, I was never outright rude to customers, especially as a manager. The"manager" today was not only rude, but outright rude. Shouting to me through the window, didn't make my coffee right at all,after I confirmed what it was. I could tell they were understaffed, but that is not in anyway my fault. Learn some customerservice or get a new job. Read more

They're just very lazy and awful here. The staff has zero social skills, yep,yep,yep okay, pull up. n they don't say anything... else n they made me a Carmel macchiato with no espresso. They're always rude. I've been in customer service for 15 years and Ihave never witnessed teenage girls be so rude. Does the manager even interview these kids? Read more
