I wish that a place could receive 0 stars. I placed an order for carry out and was given an estimate of 30-40 minutes. After 35... minutes, the tracker said that the pizza was still being prepared by Nicole, so I walked in. Nicole was the only person in thestore, and she was in no hurry at all. After 5 minutes of waiting in the front counter, she walked up, and after she looked upmy order, said that it would be about another hour. I cancelled my order and took my money elsewhere. If you?re miserable atyour job, just quit. And management, who only schedules one person for inside the restaurant on a Friday night? Get it together. Read more
Nicole was the unhappiest, rudest employee I have encountered anywhere. Clearly hates her job and was hostile about the fact... that she hadn't even put the pizza in the oven a full hour later. When I cancelled my order and went to another location, theyknew immediately who I was talking about when I relayed the interaction. This store is the absolute worst. Its a constant battle trying to just place an order. If its normal business hours and you try... and call them or place an order online, it constantly says "this store is not taking orders at this time" as if they just don'twant to do their job so they find a way to turn orders off. Its especially annoying when trying to claim the free pizza you havebut you can't because dominos employees are lazy. If I could give 0 star I would!! I placed my order at 5pm with an estimated delivery of 55-65 mins it?s now 7:20 and I waited... on hold for 40 mins just to be hung up on. I made my purchase online and already tipped and I have no idea if my pizza is evencoming at this point. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. This place obviously doesn?t care about customer service orupdating customers. My order has been in the ?prep? stage for over 2 hours, this is unacceptable for someone with health issuesthat needs to eat. I am disabled and thought I?d treat myself to an easy dinner but now I paid $40 for absolutely nothing. Zero stars should be an option. I ordered a pizza and it came disheveled. There was so much sauce the box was falling apart. I... couldn?t get a hold of the store or support and submitted another order to hopefully get my money back after speaking to supportin the morning. For the second order, I let the driver into the building via the call box and then my order was cancelled 5 minslater. I was fed up at this point! I went to store and the open sign was lit with the door unlocked. I was greeted by this veryrude women that stated they were closed?. This was at 10 pm and their hours stated they were open until 2 am. I explained to herwhat previously happened with my disgusting first pizza in hand. She could have cared less and handed me a random pizza. I saidI wanted my money back for the first unwanted pizza and she ignored my request. I ordered food online at 2:42pm it is now 4:07pm. The Tracker shows they recieved the order and has been on the "Prep" status... for over and hour!!! I tried calling and have been on hold for 30 mins. As I type this I still have not talked to anyone at thestore or seen movement on the tracker. Let alone recieved anything I purchased. On top of that I can't cancel it! So I don'tknow if I should just find other food or if my pizza will finally show up! Worst experience I have ever had with Domino's. Read more
Learn to cut your pizzas through completely. Only cut on edges so over half my pieces tear in half near the center. Seriously... can't be that hard and is literally your job. Update: Called and spoke with the manager Keith and credited my account to makeit right and appreciated the feedback so he can make sure his staff better sharpens the knives. Thank you sir! Read more

May be a personal preference but a minor suggestion is to spread ingredients closer to edge so there?s not so much?breading?. Otherwise, DE-LI-SH!
