I ordered carryout pizzas for fathers day and when I picked up the store was closed I called corporate to complain and received... a call from the store manager Heather who apologized and provided me with a credit to use anytime. Today I ordered delivery andI thought I ordered pepperoni but I received cheese so I called talk to Heather not knowing I made the error she still providedme with a free pizza ,which was awesome . This location has the Mgr. name on all the Tickets. What I mean by this, is that it says she is the one making all the pizzas... and it is not. I order late at night and the Mgr. is not there. Pointed is order at late night or even late evening. Thechance is your pizza will be dammed good. I have been eating Dominoes for a long time and in different locations. So far thislocation is better when ordering after 6:00 pm. Read more

This Domino's DOES NOT deliver! Ordered pizzas at 7:30. Their order tracker gave 8:45 delivery time. Called back at 9:15. Guy... said he?d check on order status. I also said I wanted credit for late delivery. He put phone down; I waited for 10 minuteslistening to them quibble about who knows what?not my order. I hung up and called back. Got the general manager. She said freepizza deal dated back to the 90s & was no longer offered. I wasn?t complaining about not receiving delivery in 30 minutes orless?it was 2 hours! She said my order would arrive in no more than 20 minutes. It?s 11:45 now. No pizza! I?ll never again orderDomino?s from this or any store. Most horrible customer service I?ve ever received. Shout out to the GM, Heather! She?s turning this store around and she?s a bright spot for this company!!! She had a smile and... was very friendly when I picked up my pizza. And the pizza was great as usual. Shout out to the young lady that made it aswell!!! Read more

Sunday 6/19: 93 minutes to get the order delivered. Called the store at the 55 minute mark, told to hold, person answering put... the phone down allowing me to heart he dysfunction of the place. Terrible. Saturday 6/25: wanting to still support a localpace, ordered several pizzas for a party. After 90+ minutes a friend drove to the store, and found ONE frazzled kid working. Shecanceled the order as she could not determine when they could fulfill it. Wow. I?ll never patronize this or another Dominosagain. This franchisee deserves to lose their business. While this location may be understaffed, as many places are, theyshould proactively warn on the order site or throttle the orders. They create an expectation taking the order, providing anestimate of time and then the order goes into a black hole. It is unprofessional and tarnishes the brand. Read more

Currently this location is very understaffed. They are seeking drivers, customer service reps and assistant managers. As of... 6/24/22 they will be under restricted hours only being open from 12pm -10pm. With the call centers many of our customers arealso receiving inaccurate times as they aren't aware of the staffing in the store when quoting our customers times for deliveryand carryout. Please bear with us as we still try to service our customers needs with limited staffing. We still want to ensurethat are getting the best quality food from us so times may exceed what is being quoted through the call centers and the onlineordering tracker. We do apologize in advance and will continue to strive to bring you the best quality and customer service.Also a little explanation on why your trackers are always "stuck" in the prep stage. To ensure we are getting hotter fresherfood the wait time has been moved to the uncooked side of the oven. What this does is ensure when a driver is available to takeyour order they are taking it right out of the oven and out the door to you! Again please be patient with us as many of ourstaff are working 8hour to 11 hour shifts to ensure we are here for you to continue getting the pizza and other sides you havecome to love from us. Oh man, Gino totally saved my skin here. Great employee. I was having trouble with the app and was running late and had to run... down here very last minute. Got here, explained my situation and Gino didn't turn me away like most people would. He got metaken care of SUPER fast and professional. The pizza was well made too...
