Have you ever felt you've been robbed? Cheated, lied to? I assure you it's an ugly feeling. Looked up my local Dominos and found... the $7.99 three topping advertised deal. Thinking, GREAT I'll buy that and treat the house where I live. I should've knownbetter. I quote "that's if you buy two" from the worker taking my order. Nowhere could I find any such stipulation. Neitherthere or on line. I'd already decided I wanted pizza and wasn't leaving empty handed so I bit the bullet. Typical bait andswitch tactic. If you're angry at someone send them to Dominos so the can get a mouthful of frustration and financial abuse. Iadded one topping. The price actually was 38.46% higher than advertised. I'll never go back. You shouldn't either. It's notabout money. It's about that sick feeling you get when you've been had. Read more

Seriously it's been awhile since I've ordered from dominos however I must say that I'm glad pizza hut downtown Phoenix az had... screwed me more than a couple of times! Dominos at this location is great! The food always come quick and hot plus delicious!Haven't had a problem with them since I have been ordering for the past 4 months. Read more
Ordered for pick up. Soon as I saw the associate come out with my pizza box inside of a plastic bag and was holding it by the... handles? I knew something was gonna be wrong with my pizza. Well here is the picture. Complete fail! Read more
Terrible customer service. The manager acts so arrogant and will not address customer concerns. They got our order wrong (along... with arriving terribly late)and tried to blame us saying that we put the order in online and whatever mistake was made would notbe corrected even though we couldn't get someone on the phone to address the issue. We stopped shopping here and now purchasefrom Pizza Hut and others. Bit of advice, be nice to your customers and appreciate them as your position can become obsoletepretty soon. I'm not surprised why people are no longer shopping for pizza at Dominos. Treat others as you'd like to be treated.It all come backs to you, food for thought. Read more
Day time crew here is great, the night crew on the other hand are not just completely incompetent but rude on top of it. Tried... calling to make a complaint about the rude delivery driver and the manager said some unintelligible garble then hung up, notjust once but twice. Filing a complaint the corporate offices first thing in the morning. It would be one thing had this been aone off occurence but its happens every time i order after 7pm. Read more
For me the difference maker at this location is Jose. He makes INCREDIBLE pizzas and is very courteous and friendly.Overall,... very friendly staff and great pizzas. Much better than the 32nd and Indian School location. Read more
